I ordered one of their braces and it didn’t fit. I have emailed them twice for their return information as requested on their website with no response.

The offloading brace I purchased from orthomen really works well to reduce medial osteoarthritic pain in my knee.

I sent an email to the company via its website over a week ago and the original one 3 weeks ago. I have not gotten a response to either one. The brace is stuck in limbo as I need information for the Israeli Ministry of Health.

You need to compress your rivets on your knee brace joint. It separtes with very little stress.

I use the unloader brace as needed. It is well made, comfortable, easy to adjust to size and gives great support

The metal pieces used to adjust the brackets not only fall apart but the top inside metal piece rub on the inside of the opposite thigh and left me with the worst bruise. Then the metal pieces fell apart and the lower strap fell off making it inoperable. We tried but could not repair the brace and threw it away. A complete waste of money.
