Will strongly recommend..

I had ordered a cupboard for my daughter. Unfortunately the mirror was defective. Thanks to a very customer focused approach of the Oskar Kinderland team, they went extra mile to resolve the situation. I am very thankful and would consider them in future.

I bought a schrank for our kitchen (225 euros). There were supposed to arrived 3 packages, just arrived one! ant the other ones? ones is still at the warehouse of DPD (what a surprise) and the other one is going back to the sender. I have try to call Oskar-Store, but they never are available. I have already pay for the product, very dissapointed.

I do not understand why companies keep working with DPD...must be extreamly cheap.

I have received;

I have made them aware of this even before receiving the parcel, and all they could tell me was;
We ask for your understanding and ask you to come and collect the parcel. Unfortunately, there is no other option
