Osprey Homes were to repair North Drive, High Cross as a condition of gainingbplanning approval to build homes off North Drive.
They have renaged on the condition stating they have no money to complete theis condition. How is it that companies like this are allowed to get away with this? They are still building new homes in Hertfordshire.
Beware.... they take your 'reservation fee' to hold a property for 6 weeks and then change their mind a few days later when, we suspect, a better quicker buyer walks in. They refund the fee but the 6-week promise is worthless .... be very careful dealing with them!
