Real quality chair at an amazing price , service from purchase to delivery with no hassle and great communication. Even delivery guys were first class with updates during transport and helpful placing chair in our home 😃

Would highly recommend Oswald and Pablo and will definitely use them again to make furniture for us again in the future, We are over the moon with our sofa and armchair. We were little wary of buying online without seeing in the flesh but shouldn't have been, quality is fantastic and they were delivered without issue. Thank you all involved.

I wholeheartedly recommend this UK based company. My sofas were ready in 4 weeks after placing my order with a lovely lady called Nicole. She was very helpful and efficient. The team delivered the furniture as agreed, with great care, leaving no mess behind. The furniture are just stunning, and the wool fabric is just as shown on their photos - worth paying extra in my view. I will definitely buy from them again!

So so happy with every aspect of this purchase! My sofa was easy to order, I was kept informed of the schedule of delivery , the delivery drivers were friendly and helpful and best of all I love my sofa! It’s beautiful! A work of art!

Absolutely stunning!!!! Could not be happier! Need a bigger house to buy more furniture from Oswald and Pablo! I bought 2 chesterfield sofas, a chair and a footstool. Throughout the process they kept me updated when I had questions and delivery was within their estimated time. The delivery team were just lovely and couldn’t have been more wonderful! You can see and feel the quality of the furniture, beautifully designed and clearly a lot of careful attention to detail. From being able to visit the factory we were able to choose exactly what we wanted and that gave us total peace of mind. The chair is fantastic! Looks amazing and really good quality, as well as great customer service. The delivery times are not as flexible if you live further afield, but that's understandable. I will be buying another one for my dad's retirement gift for sure.

Bought two pieces of furniture from Oswald and pablo patchwork chesterfields absolutely love them they are the Cotswold two seater and snuggle chair when I ordered my kids had reservations about how they would look told me not to buy changed there mind when they came everybody who has seen them love them really comfortable aswell two lads that delivered where excellent

We have the privilege to have in our home, two Woodstock sofas in ink velvet and we are delighted. They are stunning and so beautifully made. We decided to wait a couple of months before writing our review so that we could comment on them beyond first impressions (since this is more helpful) and we are glad that we did. They are as comfortable as they look and we like them even more :-)
Whilst there was a longer wait time than expected between order and delivery, in our opinion it was worth the wait. After the company confirmed our order they were very quiet, but we had faith in the fab reviews posted here and applied patience. We know that high standards of bespoke furniture cannot be rushed and so we waited.
Without any doubt in our minds, this company clearly has highly skilled craftspeople who are experts in their field. We were kept well informed regarding the delivery and found the delivery team to be impeccably polite and helpful. Thank you so much.

I love my new Conrad sofa in tweed grey. Looks great in my livigroom and the delivery was fast.
