I bought a set of clip-on lenses for a pair of Oliver Peoples 'Gregory Peck' frames from Otticanet.com.
When they arrived, I tried them on my frames and realised that I had bought the wrong size.
I emailed Otticanet and explained the situation and they immediately offered an exchange or refund. All I had to do was send the incorrect lenses back to them. Which I did.
The staff at Otticanet were wonderful to deal with. They kept me informed every step of the way. The replacement lenses were on back-order and they emailed me to let me know of this and I was soon contacted by them once the replacements were shipped out to me.
After a recent string of poor customer service from other companies online, it was refreshing to receive such wonderful service from Otticanet. Particular kudos to Alessandra, Arianna, Alessia and Marianovella. Their stellar customer service would indicate that Otticanet prides itself on delivering a high standard of service to its customers.
I was very impressed and greatly appreciated their work.
And the new lenses look great!

The sunglasses were shipped very fast and arrived in two days since the payment was made. The price is very competitive.

I ordered June 17th and still my shipment is not delivered Nd still on hold

I returned my order (OT-7979761) a few weeks back and it was received by their warehouse on June 7,2024. I am yet to receive a refund, even thought it has been more than 6 business days since they recieved it (their policy states refunds are processed by 6 business days).

Alessandra and the team at Otticanet went above and beyond to make sure I received my new sunglasses before setting off on holidays. I explained my situation to them and they responded positively, to which I am grateful.

I couldn't find my desired sunglasses anywhere but Otticanet. They processed my prescription and shipped the frame and lenses within 48 hours, and I got it 24 hours later.
I would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely amazing! I was initially on the fence about using Otticanet to buy a pair of ysl sunglasses that were on my wishlist... this site well exceeded my expectations! I placed my order on June 3rd and they arrived by the morning of June 5th. As for the glasses, they are in perfect condition, authenticated, and just what I was looking for.

So far so good just ordered May 5th... will leave official review when I receive the sunglasses.... It's The 10th these guys are pretty quick, and they look pretty official. Just doesn't have the logo imprinton the frames, however idk if they come like that( Like my blue 'Virgil' Offwhite Sunglasses) But Thank you

I am very satisfied with this company. Quality goods, professional attitude, speed of delivery, excellent communication with customers, kind and attentive attitude. If you are looking for quality sunglasses - this is the company. I strongly recommend!

UPDATE 2:
they sent confirmation I was not charged and cancelled the order. I still don’t know if they are legit or not but the fact that it took reporting them on trust pilot to get a reply will keep me from ordering from them in the future.

UPDATE 1:
Received an email this morning saying that even though the item I ordered was NOT marked out of stock (and shipping was inaccurately reflected), there is nothing they will do. I requested to cancel my order immediately and get a refund confirmation by EOD. They did not reply. I don't trust this company. Reporting them to my credit card company for fraudulent business practices.

Writing in hopes of getting an email reply. ordered a pair last night that did not say it was out of stock. received this email this am:

Your Balmain B - GRAND BLUE SWIRL GOLD/BLUE SHADED 57/14/145 glasses will be in stock in 20-25 working days and after that we will send you the tracking number to confirm the shipment by email.

I replied asking for a discount for the unexpected delay. No reply yet and now reading these other reviews I’m concerned if I will receive my sunglasses/if they will be authentic.

I paid with cc thank god so just need to know asap if I need to report the charge as fraud.

I’m very happy with my purchase and can confirm they’re AUTHENTIC! So happy. Thank you!

Don’t be tricked by the positive reviews - this company is a scam! I ordered sunglasses and they were in stock, then they told me they don’t have availability and must wait 2 weeks. They refused to refund - I had to open a PayPal case to get action. This is a SCAM company - please be aware - they sell items that they don’t have in stock…. They only acted once I raised the PayPal case.

The team at OttocaNet was so helpful!!! We have an event in London and needed a specific pair of sunglasses for a look! Not only did they get the glasses for us, they got them to us in time for our departure flight! They engaged the whole time and offered different solutions for a “Just In Case” scenario! Solution based and friendly! Thank you team!
