Don't get fooled by their lucrative prices. It has been 2 weeks that they hasn't sent my order. I have been trying to contact them but it is impossible, they don't respond to emails, phone calls, nothing. Stay away!

Un fraude
I bought a bicycle helmet on October 8, 2025. I paid for it. I never heard from them again. After several complaints, they told me the delivery time was 6-8 days, which is false. They guaranteed delivery in 4-5 days exceptionally due to high demand (?). To this day, after several obviously harsh complaints, the only response I've received from them is a message saying I'm arrogant (they're the ones who are offended). Today is November 21st, and they haven't even sent a package.
I've reported them to the police and the bank. I expect to get my money back.
They're unprofessional.
Reading so many positive reviews, I think they're manipulating this channel.
Compré un casco de bicicleta el 8/10/25. Lo pagué. Nunca recibí noticias de esta gente. Después de varios mensajes de reclamación, me dijeron que el plazo de envío era de 6-8 días , lo cual es falso. Ellos garantizaban el envío en 4-5 días excepcionalmente por ser época de mucha demanda (?). A día de hoy , depués de diversos mensajes de reclamación obviamente duros , lo única respuesta de esta gente que tengo es un mensaje diciendo que soy un arrogante (ellos són los ofendidos). Hoy es 21 de novembre y ni siquiera han enviado un paquete.
Les he denunciado a la policia y al banco. Espero recuperar el dinero .
Son impresentables.
Leyendo tanta buena crítica , pienso que manipulan este canal.

First I ordered Ray ban delux to Lithuania, after Į was started reading reviews and was ready say good bye to my money. But tracking number I was taken in time (5 w.d.) and today I took it in Lithuania. Glasses looks great. Nothing bad I can’t say. From my order passed 14 days.

Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with Ottica.
I ordered glasses and paid via PayPal, but after several months, no delivery was made.
Ottica is unreachable by phone and only communicates via a Gmail address.
When they do respond, the emails are written in Cyrillic script, making communication difficult.
After six months, they informed me they could not deliver the product.
No refund was issued, and since PayPal’s refund window is limited to six months, I was left without refund.
It appears they deliberately delay communication to avoid refund claims — a clever but dishonest tactic.
I strongly advise others to avoid this seller.
