General communication is very poor and vague.
Communication is not just about sending 10 emails. It is also important that someone provides information by calling people, speaking with them directly, and offering clear explanations when needed.
Response times to requests are extremely slow.
There should be more support regarding municipality registration (BSN/address registration) and the documentation needed for tax declarations.
The weekly payment for drivers is too low considering all the responsibilities and risks involved, such as traffic fines, the time spent refueling vehicles, and any potential damage to the car.
The accommodation is too far from the workplace, and having to share a room creates many of the common problems

Where do I even begin
Where do I even begin? Oh yea, their "wonderful" accomodation. Rats in the kitchen? Check! Black Mold in the bathroom? Check! Random crackheads everywhere? Check!
Basically you pay more than market prices to share your livingspace with a random stranger on 12 square meters. Six squares per person in a double room. Oh you found a place to move to? Great you still have to pay four weeks of rent, or in my case after repeatedly telling them that I have moved out they still deducted the rent from my wages. Brilliant.
The person who is supposed to be your "manager" will either be on a holyday without a heads up or simply just not answer the phone.
What they do is basically a wanabbe monopoly on entry level jobs exploiting people who have no other choice.
I don't know what to say really, avoid them at all costs. I have been warned beforehand, should have heeded the call here I am instead writing this review in hopes that I can save others from this grave mistake. This whole operation should be illegal.

Regarding moving out, specific agreements and notice periods apply to housing and payments. These are communicated in advance, although we understand this may not always feel clear in practice.

“We take care of our people” by sending them to from office, to diffrent departents, till the employe forghets his problem or abort it cuz it s not worth it anymore! They care only about polish people , so don t work hard cuz u won t get any advantages or “benefits” like night shifts or et help from goverment or etc…

OTTO never changes...
I quited the job during my probation period for personal/family reason, which was my full right according to contract signed. My decision was COMMUNICATED AND ACCEPTED BY TWO OTTO ON-SITE COORDINATORS at the client's office. I returned all the items I had been given for work, including locker keys and logging devices. I signed documentation as a proof. Imagine my surprise when, I received an "official warning" in my OTTO app for "not showing up for work", stating that "my behavior could result in my dismissal". Is it possible to dismiss someone who has already resigned??? xDDD

Otto usually offers permanent contracts quickly. The salary is always paid on time.
However, it is not the best place if you want to evolve at work or for your professional development. On the other hand, it is ok if you want a secure job.
