I can’t comment on the effects of the coffee alternative. But what I will say is that customer service is amazing. I ordered the chicory and Cordyceps brew from Holland and Barrett online. Having looked at the ingredients on Otzibrews website, I thought I was buying a two ingredient product, namely the chicory root powder and Cordyceps extract coffee alternative. What I didn’t realise was that Holland and Barrett had stocked a product that additionally included date sugar and natural flavourings, including toffee and vanilla ice cream flavour. When I contacted Otzibrew directly by email stating that it was confusing as on their website, only the two ingredient product is listed, without these additional ones (even though they are natural, I was specifically after just the clean two ingredient product). Tricia McNeilly, the founder herself, had emailed me back and was extremely helpful. She actually sent me two of their products as a gesture of good will, to avoid me going to Holland and Barrett, and having to return the product I had ordered. Tricia sent me they’re original one that I was after, the chicory and Cordyceps without the additional ingredients, plus the dandelion and burdock root to try. I cannot rate the customer service enough. Thank you Tricia.

I do not remember when I thought about sleep when working. And it is much easier to fall asleep actually. Never skipped a day and drink one glass in the morning and another before bed. Because I actually like the smell - it happens im more hydrated during the day (even this alone would be enough, but there's definitely much more than that) 🙂

I must say it has some calming effect, that does not make you numb, too.

At first, I was hesitant to buy this dark mushroom powder, I thought it could never work as well as coffee. Now I don't drink coffee anymore and I still have the boost of energy but without the caffeine. The taste is very coffee-like too. Live it!

Chaga is an amazing drink, full of goodness and giving you the same experience as a coffee would do but without the ‘bad stuff’.

I love coffee, but at last I have an alternative when I am coffee'd out.
Ötzibrew chaga drink has an earthy, woody flavour which gives me a pleasantly relaxed and settled feeling...no jitters. I love the feeling that I am drinking something so totally natural and health giving. And is it just me, but when I sprinkle Ötzibrew into my Americano, it takes away the bitterness if the coffee.

I have always been very interested in medicine mushrooms, but had never actually tried Chaga before, so I was intrigued when a friend introduced me to Otzibrew Chaga a couple of months ago. Initially I put too much in when I was making it as a hot drink and it tasted very strong, but I now realise that just a small amount is needed for a cup (I use a little less than half a tea spoon and it tastes great). I can't imagine not having a cup of Chaga every morning now! I haven't had the nasty flu that's been going around (touch wood!), even when everyone around me caught it, including my husband. Also, I can see a great improvement in my hair and nails. I would definitely recommend it.

Otzibrew is great! When I told my family that chaga is available to purchase I fell into an hour-long discussion on the benefits and what kinds of illnesses it can treat and what not. Fortunately, we didn't need to treat any illnesses, so not sure about that. However, the whole family feels better after two weeks already - more energised and healthy, feels like the whole body got a boost. Very happy - thanks! :)
