I ordered a rug on Sonday and realized on Monday evening that I messed up my measurements and the rug was too small. The customer service (Sonia) responded 5 minutes after I sent my request for Cancellation and refunded the full amount. I cannot say anything about the rug but since I canceled my order but I love their style from the pictures and the service was fast and really helpful! Thanks!

After looking through all the options, I found a rug that I REALLY liked on Ounizz, but it was sold out. I reached out to Sonia in their customer service and she told me they would be willing to remake the rug. I had to pay 30% down and wait until it was finished being made. Once it was done, I paid the remaining balance and waited. I was a little skeptical but Sonia was great at communicating with me throughout the process. My rug arrived all bundled up and when I unwrapped it, it looks great! I am so happy with my purchase and the entire experience. Thank you Ounizz!!

Love the rug! Shipping came in under four days. Quality of the rug is amazing and the design is so beautiful. Would definitely recommend and order from them again! Customer service was also quick and helpful as well.

This company is the best and after doing lots of research I am so glad I bought with them. The quality and craftsmanship is beautiful and the colours are so vibrant. Sonia was so helpful and caring. The delivery was quick and it was wrapped up very well and didn’t cost anything. I highly recommend getting your fabulous Moroccan rug directly.

I needed to pay 200 euros taxes before receiving it. Of course it is written in the conditions (but who read all the conditions before buying?) but the website could make it clearer it is something we will need to pay when validating the payment.
The rug was 16cms less wide than written in the description. Sonia tried to solve the problem with me and that it was normal but after few messages that shows I was not satisfied, she accepted to refund if I send the rug back and offered to refund the delivery. But the time to pack it, the insecurity to get the taxes back make me to keep the rug anyway…

Delivery was fast, which I appreciated. But I am returning the rug. It is not as was shown in the pictures and the quality is most unsatisfactory. It also smells like if was washed and remained wet for a long time. I am extremely disappointed, especially considering the price of the item. I have to spend more money sending it back, but I really cannot use this rug. It is that bad!

The rugs I purchased are absolutely stunning and high quality. The communication with Sonia was excellent and I was so pleased to be able to support the makers directly in Morocco. One of my rugs was custom made and the Ounizz team made it in record time.

Rug came really quick and import taxes handled easily with DHL. The only reason I am only giving four starts is the quality of the rug. It is VERY thick and coarse in quality and almost shedding its wool. I could have wished the quality a little finer for the price. But at the same time it might just be the style of these type of rugs.
