In April paid for 2 tshirts, got one. Numerous emails later I applied to PayPal but was refused by them as well. Sellers asked me if I wanted a replacement or refund, and "took full responsibility". Further eemails acknowledged but not answered.

I ordered a T-shirt 2 weeks ago. Received no email & no T-shirt

Don’t not order from this company. I ordered via a Facebook app. After numerous e mails 3 months on to them asking where my t-shirts were, I was fobbed off with they were at the Royal Mail depot in Slough and they had a backlog. I work for the Post Office so got one of our Post Ladies to check for me and there was no backlog in Slough.
I managed to get a refund via PayPal, then received an e mail from them saying they were happy I’d received my order, but as I’d requested a refund and wasn’t happy I could keep the t-shirts or
give them to charity. I did reply with I haven’t received them. Now if I try and track these items I get “no order found”.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE. Steer clear. Appalling quality. Appalling customer service. Finally got a refund by raising a complaint through Pay Pal.

Pathetic quality and ridiculous delivery times. Have since seen same T-shirt’s on other sites for a little as £5 (wish/eBay/amazon). Wish I had of seen them before waiting 7 weeks for delivery from this company and read reviews prior to ordering.

I ordered 2 teeshirts via a Facebook ad on 11 May. I have yet to receive my order and have had little constructive help from customer services. The goalpost for refunds kept being moved back, if I got a reply at all. I was told a month ago that the Royal Mail depot in Slough has a problem and this is why I haven't received my parcel. I eventually received an acceptable explanation from the company and, after 40 working days, an acknowledgement that my order had failed to arrive and notification that I would receive a refund. This followed a series of emails from myself asking what was going on! I did indeed receive the refund and am grateful for that, hence I have now modified my review.
This is probably a well-meaning company which was badly affected by the Covid chaos but I would argue 40 working days is a very long time to wait for a delivery and a refund should have been made earlier. A more reliable courier service is also advisable. My order never arrived, by the way!

I ordered via facebook and paid by paypal. I received no shipping information, then after about three weeks received the sort of disappointing T shirt described by others on here. Unlike the yellow slub cotton T shirts on the website, mine too was a brighter yellow and a cheap and nasty cotton T shirt with an unflattering cut, wide and short. The 'Let it be' logo was a plastic transfer which will probably melt in the wash. i would send it back but there is no address as the pack arrived from China with no packing slip or returns info.

I bought two t shirts in April. One arrived in May (it did not look like the picture- it was a different fabric) .The other has never arrived and they are now not responding to ANY of my emails... basically they have robbed me and do not even care! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Still waiting for t shirt to arrive . Wish I had read reviews before purchasing . Note to self/ Facebook should ban poor companies like this . No more facebook purchases for me

I ordered two of their t-shirts. They look like soft organic cotton on the website. I waited 3 months for delivery - at the time they hadn’t updated the website to reflect this which is just ridiculous. The t-shirts are made in China so not exactly the local company they make out to be. The t shirt quality is bad and doesn’t look like the website - they feel like they are made out of the “fruit of the loom” t shirt material which you get off the marketplace for £5. The prints are garish in real life and not soft and trendy like on the site. Their customer service is awful - very snotty and rude even though my t shirt was damaged. I’ve had to raise it with PayPal as they won’t pay a full refund for a damage cheap t shirt which took 3 months to arrive and are being very rude and snappy via PayPal too. Avoid.

Like many other people I ordered 2 t-shirts 24th June still waiting and despite my email enquiry I received an email asking me to prove my purchase which I have done with no response (strange isn’t it). I have emailed a further 3 times with no reply like others I’m now on the PayPal dispute. So if you’re thinking of ordering read the many poor reviews and stay away I wish I did I’m now £35 out of pocket and have to wait until 28 July as per PayPal guidance. Scamming especially during these times of COVID is just the worst form of greed.

Same experience as many others. Ordered the supposedly mustard coloured t shirt with a bee print and it arrived several weeks later, bright yellow, weirdly wide and unwearable.

If I could give zero stars I would. Like so many others, I ordered way back in March. I emailed numerous times as the tshirt never arrived & was told it was on the way but delayed because of Covid. I got fed up waiting & did a charge back via Paypal. They replied with a rude reply saying I had several options to contact them & I should have tried that first so I resent them the 5 emails I'd sent with no reply. What a surprise, the tshirt then arrived...... with a hole in it!!! I returned it as per their policy & waited & what a surprise no refund. So I chased to then be asked for the proof of posting, which I provided & they have now refunded the 17.99 for the cheap piece of tat. But no refund for the postage that I had to fork out to return their faulty item, contract to the law. I have now reported them to Trading Standards.

Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. I did eventually get a refund After having to pay for return. so beware!

Ordered a T-shirt in April... it never arrived, they blamed Covid 19 ... lots of excuses eventually got a refund but only after continually emailing them. Wouldn’t order from them again!!

I placed an order on April. It has not arrived. The company deleted my post on Facebook. They have not refunded my money as yet,.,

This company gives the impression of being far more eco-friendly than it is. It appears that their justification is that they give a very small fraction of their profits to relevant charities. The t-shirt I ordered came from China, wrapped in plastic, and was of poor quality. Certainly not worth £18 (which was meant to be half price.) They refunded my money, however, after a lot of emailing, and were polite about it.

I wish too I had read the reviews. I thought this money was for a charity; the 3 t shirts arrived from China with no paperwork or return address. The T shirts are very poor quality with a stick on emblem of bees. I have asked for their return address but have not received it. I think they know this is a scam.

Claim to donate to environmental causes but the t-shirt I bought shipped to the UK from China and was made somewhere else. Save your money as you won't be saving the bees or the environment by buying from these charlatans. Just seen a pop up advert for wish.com for the same t-shirt for £3. I paid £17.99

I am writing a review here because Our Earth Project did not publish the one I wrote on their website. It appears they only publish the good reviews as others were posted with the same that date I wrote mine. I ordered the red bee t-shirt which took a couple of weeks to arrive from China. It was not the colour I expected as was advertised. When I enquired about a return they pointed me to a disclaimer on their website stating colours might differ from shown, returns would need to paid at your own expense and only following inspection would they refund minus a 15% stockists fee! After all this it is hardly worth the effort and uncertainty - which I expect is the point. I ended up keeping it but wish I had seen this website before ordering. I agree with another reviewers comment - Facebook should not be advertising for such an opaque organisation.
