Users fall into two categories; - Subscribers and Non-Subscribers. Subscribers can send and receive messages, whereas Non-Subscribers cannot.
Profiles do not indicate who is a subscriber, so you can waste a lot of time sending messages and wondering why you never get a response.
You can buy an add-on to allow your message recipients to reply to you, but there is no functionality in the browser to do that.
It seems that the site works better with Safari mobile browser than PC browsers and you can see your message trails.
All in all, a very frustrating experience for the user for very little gain.

I decided to go back to ourtime recently. In the past I met some very pleasant men and formed good friendships. What I liked about the site was being able to talk to an adviser by telephone and the availability of suspending my account ,it allowed me to control when I wanted or not wanted to be visible. When I recently joined the feature was available. However about ten days ago I tried to suspend my account I was not able to . The telephone number advertised on ourtime site is not recognised. After quite a few AI generated replies I finally received a response from a woman called Michelle, who informed me the feature was no longer available and the only thing I can do is delete my account losing 4 months subscription. I want to warn people do not sign up to this site. There is no customer care, so many of the profiles are from other countries and I suspect this platform is connected to online scammers. Please heed my words and have nothing to do with Ourtime dating app. Sincerely BS

Dismal experience. I supposedly get 100's of views and likes but you cannot see anything unless paying . I don't mind paying to send an individual message but the recent changes to the site and match.com make it unusable unless you want to get ripped off. Which you will. If you do pay make a temp card in your bank app an delete it so the robbers can't keep stealing money.
But really don't pay delete your profile and join bumble or hinge.

Very few connections and views for my profile regardless of the number it states.
Men (and probably women) dont answer messages, so i think the site needs to make this mandatory to reply even with im not interested.
Alot of dirty old men and scammers who want you to go offline to message.
the whole experience is disaapointing.
Somehow i seem to have signed up for 6 months - complete waste of time and money.

Total scam and just to prove it i asked Gemini to answer my reply to someone/somthink and it came back with basically the same .
So dont wast your money. Get out more and meet genuine real people you never know who your talking too.
Its funny how the person disappears/vanished the moment you confront them . Just shows the company is in control and scams.

BEWARE! Do Not use this dating site. I am paying for a service that I cannot access. Their customer care team does not response to my emails requesting that they reset my password, meanwhile they are collecting my subscriptions.

All they want is money. All the positive reviews must be fake.

Load of shit .lots of like and yes some lovely pictures but that's all they are .I sent 7 messages because they liked my post just to askimg how there day was going and not one reply even though they where on line apparently. So dont was your money expensive £50, lerning curve . Its a scam 😒 but we live a learn as they say .

This site is a joke dont waste your time it's a scam...you cant message unless you join it is a joke...its like Match another scam site!!

I went on Ourtime on 7th February and today I have been banned and have no idea why! I have previously used the site with no concerns but since they have updated the app you are very limited in what you can do unless you have a computer ! Customer service is appalling you just get an automated response ! Will be contacting Citizen Advice , Martin Lewis and Trading Standards!
13/03/26 filled in the appeal form and had an email to say that my email did not match my a/c which is absolute rubbish - filled out another appeal form -awaiting a response! Emailed the Ourtime support in UK to find out that this email address no longer exists ! Pointed this out on the customer care email and received a rude response saying they are closing my case and will only respond to the appeal form???? My advice to people who have lost money is to contact the bank or store they paid through ! I have kept a file with all the evidence of the ridiculous contact!
Advice to new customers - LOOK AT OTHER SITES- definitely avoid Ourtime and their sister companies!

Wish I had read these reviews before signing up to this site, have emailed them so many times to ask to delete as you cant delete through the app. I do not have a computer to delete, and I keep telling them I dont have one but thats all they keep saying. I didn't realise how much it was till I signed up. I just want it to be deleted.

After six months on this site I can report that at the very least this site should be shut down. It ropes people in by redacting messages until you join. You have to join for a minimum of 6 months at Aprox 30 pounds a month. I have had according to them over a hundred views, problem being, are these views genuine or are they from people who have not subscribed and therefore not been able to read any communication?
There are also lots and lots of fake profiles. Also possible contacts that are too far away which is I believe is on purpose. They want your money so work against your interests.
Money is their main obsession and your need to hope for a match is well down the list of priorities.
AVOID!!!

I subscribed for a month and the system was down 15% of the time while it upgraded itself. Subscribed members were not vetted, hence scammers did mess things up occassionally. Moreover, most of the app's filtering functions did not work. Apart from the above mentioned points, the majority of the people I e-met on the site were genuinely looking for a relationship.

Well I joined, paid, setup my profile and a week later when I tried to log on was told I was banned! I've lost count the number of times I've messaged them and other than the automated response I've not had any replies or explanation. I did however, for some reason, get couple of responses from Match.com telling me to contact Ourtime. Which is what I've been trying to do! It'll be interesting to see if they keep taking my money every month as I can't log on or contact them to cancel.

Well well! A couple of hours after posting this I received an email from Ourtime apologising for their error saying they had blocked me by mistake!

This site generates random "likes" and "views" from people you have either have dimissed or never been near. If you try to delete or hide your profile you get a "Something went wrong" error message. The whole thing is a con. A waste of time and money.

I was sent an offer of 50% of my monthly subscription with Ourtime dating group. However when l tried to redeam the offer l was told by customer support that it could not be done by their new computer system. I sent a screen print of the offer but they said they still could not action it.

I took out a single month subscription. I have actually met a lovely guy. I didn’t want to take out any more than a month from the start. Last week I cancelled have any direct debits taken out (even though I only paid for one month only). This was done directly with Ourtime. Even though I followed the instructions to cancel any further direct debits Our Time have still taken the money. I AM REALLY NOT PLEASED WITH THIS NOW AND OUR TIME WILL NOT REFUND. PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS AS SIMILAR THINGS HAVE HAPPENED.
