It made it harder for companies to pressure consumers into buying something that "wasn't quite right" or not exactly what they wanted. Our goal is to give people the chance to explore what furniture makes them feel good in their home and to perhaps give buying online a try for the first time. If you are someone who appreciates having the time, space and advice to explore possibilities of what you might buy, then maybe Out & Out Original is for you. If you've ever been that person who's checked the internet to learn more about a product or even price check whilst in a store, then Out & Out Original is definitely for you! We know at times it feels safer to buy from the known establishment or even to get sucked in to buying something not quite right, but before you do that, try to remember the last time you explored and tried something new and how liberating it felt. My £700 order never arrived
My £700 order never arrived. I could not get hold of anyone for weeks. No one replied to emails and then they suddenly announced that they had ceased training on Facebook. Appalling.

Scam
Scam . I made my order months ago only to receive an email saying it would arrive late . I thought fair enough but I then received another . When I emailed out and out about the late delivery I got an email straight back saying they had gone into liquidation . All they left me was an email address stating it was the company dealing with it . On contacting them I got an email telling me there was no such address . They took my money and I received nothing. They are RIP off merchants. I was hoping to receive the new furniture so my terminally ill husband would be able to sit in comfort in the garden . As it was we have lost money and its caused us more stress than we needed . Absolute disgrace. Do not order from this company.

Avoid this cheating company
Shocking company who knowing that they were in severe financial trouble, continued to take my order and payment having no intention of providing the goods.
Appalling customer service, impossible to contact by phone, e-mail response when received ambiguous and containing obvious stalling tactics and lies. It is a strong statement of Out and Out that the company appointed to handle the administration process of the company have pulled out.
I feel for the large number of genuine customers who have been cheated out of their hard earned cash by an unscrupulous owner and management team.

Junk company selling junk furniture
If only zero stars was an option. Absolutely junk furniture that arrived broken. Barely even up to the low standards of the cheapest Argos furniture from 20 years ago. Weeks to get a first response from customer services only to get an online form to fill in with no further action taken. Company looks defunct now so I'm attempting to get money back through chargeback. Looks likes the director has another furniture company so I'd suggest others use companies house to find out who to avoid in future

Company went bust, £500 out of pocket
Paid out £500 and was left without my order as the company went bust and failed to even email me to let me know I was not going to get my order. Really bad service. Luckily I stopped the final Klarna payment and reported it. After waiting 7 weeks Klarna have refunded me the money I paid out.

I never received my order
I never received my order . You went into liquidation. Then the administrator disengaged. I am £549 out of pocket. I never review companies but felt I needed to warn people, I can’t believe I was asked to review considering what has gone on with this company this year
