We waited 34 minutes after ordering to get our food and when it arrived, it was cold. The waiter did take it to the kitchen to be heated, after being asked a second time.

As for the Food, we ordered 2 Filet's one for my wife (rare) and mine was medium. Well, I have to say they both were cooked to perfection. I am 72 years old and have eaten at many Steakhouses’ House’s in my life and I have never had better than the ones we had last night. I do not want to sound like I am not an expert, however I have eaten a lot of steaks in my life that have cost twice what Outback charged, and they weren’t as good as last night’s meal. It was GREAT!
Service was over the top; our server was Brandon T. We came in well before rush hour and were seated at once. They were busy but still made us feel as if we were the only ones in the steakhouse. Brandon was busy but never too busy to make sure we felt at home.
The ambiance was relaxed and warm. It looked as if the whole place had just had a face lift inside. However, that wasn't the case. Just extremely clean and in place. Everything was wonderful, from the greeting at the front door to getting the check.
We could not have asked for more. We even met the On Duty Manager Brandon and he even made us feel as if we were family. Wow, Outback has really listed to the customers and came thru beyond expectation. We had a truly wonder experience. Thank you.
Snow in the South
Snow interrupted the normal Friday night for my group, 5 of us had been out all day assisting stranded motorist and 1 registered nurse assigned to clinic duties. Dinner time rolled around and just about everywhere we called was closing early related to weather. We ended up at Outback in Jonesboro--3 of us to start with but we informed our Outbacker Megan that 2 more of the party were on their way. She went above and beyond with service; and during the course of our visit she learned she was actually a manager and working the floor because of aforementioned weather. We really had a good time; great food and exceptional service. Thank you Megan.

We have been here THREE TIMES since it has been opened a few years ago and every single time we ate this food we ended up very sick!! The ribeye is full of fat so it really isn’t even fit for my dog and the shrimp pasta must have a diuretic agent in it, as even the third time proved to be indigestible.

My sister ordered my dinner for my birthday. The French onion soup was delicious. My steak was cooked to perfection. I didn’t receive the steamed vegetables nor any condiments for my potato. Very disappointed! I order all the time and usually no problem. And I didn’t get any bread.
Needs Improvement
December 26, 2024 Our Friends joined us at the Commerce Ga location off of Interstate 85 N. 5 pm.
Upon entry we had called ahead for seating as it was recommended. We were told that there is no wait and I looked to see approx 7 occupied tables.
1st waitress came took our appetizer order and never came back. After 30 min. Another waitress came over to ask what our appetizer was and that she was going to be our waitress as there was a "shift"change at 5:00 p.m. She ...
*Confirmed we ordered a "Blooming Onion" & she eventually brought Bread/butter to table. Apologized for delay on Appetizer. She went ahead and took our Entree orders:
I ordered the Kingsland Pasta entree.
My Husband ordered the Bloomin Fried Chicken...and our friends ordered it as well.
The waitress came & apologized again for delay on appetizer. She did return with it Aprox 50 min, later.
The Onion was floating on the oil at it's base. The dipping sauce bowl slid almost off the plate as it was placed on the table. We gave it a taste, All agreed it tasted burnt as well as super greasy. We thought about asking for an Improved one, but waiting for another, didn't seem like a good option, since our main order had been taken. The waitress eventually came back with refills and asked how the Onion was as we hadn't eaten very much between the 4 of us & we just told her it was super greasy. She said our order would be out shortly. Another 30 min past...& she apologized again for the delay on our meals. Another 10 min she returned with our meals. Mine was as stated above. The pasta was overcooked stuck to the base of the plate and I didn't see any sauce. I did see butter floating on it though. There were 5 shrimp small in size and the beef was good. The others who got the bloomin chicken stated how dry it was but the sauce did help.
Overall...the summary here is...disappointment.
We have never felt it was our place to be "those people" who complain and expect too much. So we
graciously ate our meals w/out asking for anything to be "redone" . All I ask is that someone contact this location to seek improvement in ALL aspects of service. Thank you

My husband and I would like to let you know that you have the best employee we’ve ever seen we request him every time we eat at outback in hixson which is our favorite restaurant and location because of your management and employees especially Treyon he loves his job there and is always so pleasant and happy every time we see him. We hear a lot of people asking for his section he’s that great. So a big shoutout to Treyon and your hixson location and all the managers and employees there this outback is the best because of them all.
Thank you
Amy and Will Jackson 🙂

I ordered the Kingsland pasta with shrimp & steak. The presentation was horrible- just thrown together. The Alfredo was dry not the least bit creamy, the steak was tough but the shrimp was really good with their seasoning. This was at the Laguna Hills on Cabot Rd in CA. I’ve had this once before at the Clarkson.MI location and everything was great - the presentation just like the picture, creamy Alfredo & great tasting shrimp & steak.

This was the worst meal I have ever had. My husbands prime rib sandwich was ice cold and the french onion soup was broth. It had not onions or cheese on it. He also was not provided a spoon. I had the Queensland chicken and shrimp with bold alfredo. There was no alfredo sauce and the chicken and shrimp were both dry and tough. Another person in our group had the same thing and his was the same way. Someone else had a grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken was so small it did not even cover the bun. Very disappointing and it ruined my son's bday dinner. I will never be back to eat there again.

I ordered the potato soup and cheesecake and a Sprite that potato soup was out of this world the best I’ve ever had the cheesecake without a doubt delicious but it was a nice slice. You know not those little thin things you usually get I called and spoke to the manager, outback, and I just want you guys to know you’re doing an awesome job you rock ❤️🫶
$2.99 asp?…
Went for my birthday on 12/18/2024 for the first time. The place smelled nice like they spray something. The hostess was nice and the food was pretty good. We wanted to enjoy our drinks, but they brought out our food so fast we were like What? We paid and gave the server tip in cash. When we got home we noticed a $2.99 asp charge. (as soon as possible)? We did not request to be served right away. They never mentioned anything about the extra charge. How sneaky. Our fault though, we should have looked more closely at the bill before we paid. No more The Outback Steakhouse for us. It's not about the asp charge it's more about the way they did it without letting us know about that extra charge. Is this something new now.

I ordered the Ribeye bone in and the chicken with the cheese and bacon for myself they brought me the regular ribeye with shrimp I made it clear that I wanted the bone in so I sent it back for my grandson ,I ordered the steak and coconut shrimp for him this was at dinner time his steak was burnt and he didn't want to eat it so he packed it up to go he was so disappointed now there was six other individuals having dinner with us everyone else had finished their food before my meal was brought to the table so I asked the waitress to make it to go because I didn't want to have the rest of the party waiting for me this was a birthday celebration only to make me and my grandson disappointed I also had to ask for a bake potato and salad after checking my food to go I have never had such bad service and food like this experience at Outback Steakhouse!
Be out back is not the Outback anymore
The burger was flat as a pancake covered in Grease the bun covered in Grease, the pickle is not a pickle it's this disgusting cucumber with some zesty gross thing on it that they want to pass off as a pickle it's absolutely disgusting it ruined my whole sandwich beside the grease. The Salted potato was so over salted it was inedible. The burger had zero flavor, the cheddar cheese actually had zero flavor can you believe that? I don't know what the Outback has done but for the pickle alone I will not be returning to their establishment. The only reason I gave them three stars was because the service deserved it. They have great people that work there too bad
their food is disgusting.

Brandon D. was fantastic! Food (steak/chicken) was great! All around wonderful experience!
Perfectly cooked and delicious steak dinners
We recently had a delicious steak dinner here. Our server was Troy and he was excellent. He came to the table promptly took our order promptly. Food started arriving right away bread first, salad second, steak third. He kept our glasses filled and brought extra bread. The manager checked on our table as well. Everything went perfectly. We were at the Charlotte North Carolina, East Boulevard location. I give Troy and the Restaurant five stars. I highly recommend them. I believe they are under new management as well. Ask for Troy when you go.
Talk about shrinkage
Took my family of 5 to my favorite Outback in fort worth on Bryant Irvine last weekend. It all tasted good, but the 8 oz. Sirloin was the size of a 6 oz. The baked potato was tiny.

I ordered an Aussie Cobb Salad plus chicken (along with two beers). I'll admit the chicken add on was good. The salad had 3 blocks of iced lettuce and about 30-40 croutons on it and I wouldn't call it a salad. I'd call it a "create your own" at a salad bar by a child. I'm not lying, PILES of croutons and cheese and 3 blocks of Iced Lettuce. Not something an establishment like Outback Steakhouse should serve. I, respectfully, explained my disappointment to the bartender. The Manager, Dennis, came out in an effort of customer service. No apology but he agreed with me. He said "I saw the salad and was like, did the customer ask for this many croutons? I was like 'what the heck, why so many croutons' And then it had iced lettuce frozen like a wedge, so I agree with you." He asked me if he could get me something else but at that point I had eaten the chicken and didn't know what else to get so I declined. The bill came. He gave me $10 off the salad priced at $19.99. To me this was not appropriate. I would have paid for the chicken add on ($5) but they still aren't doing right by the customer by asking me to pay for some of the salad, especially when they agreed with me. We had another conversation and then he said "i'll be right back." At that point I didn't want to wait anymore. It wasn't about the money, it was about doing the right thing. The Manager, Dennis, agreed with me that the salad was a joke. As I was leaving, Dennis was coming out with a new check. I had just decided, this isn't worth it for me and was already in the process of leaving. I don't need to sit and wait for them to finally do the right thing. I The second new bill that he was going to present was $16 (100% off the salad). The originally discounted bill was $28. It's not about the discount, it's about doing the right thing. I had no longer wanted to wait for them to figure out how to make the situation right. I wanted out of the restaurant, so have my money. 50% discount on the salad wasn't good enough for me and the multiple conversations wasn't necessary. I gave them $40 cash and did not ask for change just so I could get out of that place. People deserve better. Happy Holidays to Dennis. I hate being the customer and trying to respectfully tell someone that the meal was unacceptable and then ask them to do the right thing. They should just do it. I will never be back to an Outback Steakhouse. Enjoy the unnecessary and genuine tip. I will especially urge the public to stay away from this place.

The food was aweful
The food was aweful. 6 shrimp on a burnt baguette. The shrimp were out of a frozen bag In sure.No side. My friend asked if the meatloaf was good. The waiter said don’t worry about it we don’t have it. Poor service, bad food.
Great service at Outback Steakhouse
We eat here maybe twice monthly. Priscilla knows us and remembers our preferences! So fun to feel like we have a friend when we come here. She's always cheerful and provides good service.
Ordered French onion & baked potato…
Ordered French onion & baked potato soup was broth and weak where were the onions? Potato had no salt on the outside and looked so dirty that I wouldn't even eat the skin. Service was poor ate at the bar thinking it would be better. Server never refilled our drinks or even ask if everything was okay. Manger came around and asked how things were. He said they probably didn't get to the bottom to get the onions. They do put salt on the outside as you can see there was no salt. He offered another potato, what after I ate this just take it off the bill if you're so concerned. We haven't been here in a long time because we were disappointed, and we will never be coming back. This was Outback @ 521 North Stephanie Street, Henderson, NV 89014.
Shame on you and you call yourself a manager!
