I have eaten it outback for many years and it has been a while since we stopped in. We went to the George Bush outback in PLANO and we always order the same thing. The petite sirloin with a baked potato and salad this time. However, the steak was horrible tasted like it had been dowsed in teriyaki sauce. And the chop salad has changed over the years and it hasn’t changed in a good way at all. The only thing it was really what I’ve always loved is the bread. Everything else was terrible and it over $70 for three to dine in you would think that they would, do a better job than that. Clearly, they must be buying cheaper cut of meat and Inso doing there either marinating meat and or putting a some kind of teriyaki infused sauce on top because both pieces of meat were wet when they got to the table I usually get a side of blue cheese dressing to dip my steak, and I couldn’t taste the dressing at all , because of this overwhelming salty teriyaki flavor that was on this piece of meat both me and my wife couldn’t stand it. My wife Also assess to gluten and for some reason after eating at this particular outback this time and it never happened in the past, she had a serious attack the following day we don’t know what the reason was it certainly had something to do with that food though. Outback has changed and was finding another steakhouse flower you have a nice day. One more thing, I sent a message to outback corporate about this. I got no response. I sent another message to that corporate a few days later telling them I found it very unprofessional for them not to respond and they didn’t respond to that one either.

Queens harbor outback in Jacksonville fl obviously sends the steak rejects to delivery orders. This is the second time I have received a steak cooked by a 4 year old. One side of the steak was so chard it was almost impossible to cut and tough . It was ordered as medium rare but there was no pink. Inferior dependability and steak prep

Had dinner at the new Outback in Wyomissing, PA. Great meal, great service, with attentive staff. Big shout out to ALANA, who went above and beyond in terms of being “aware” of us. Always felt “looked after”! She is certainly an asset to Outback!

Dined at Outback at the Loop location, Orlando. Once seated was given the menu and waited about ten minutes when the waitress appeared and gave me her name and said ready to order. I ordered the classic prime rib and shortly she brought some bread. I sat there now with no butter plate or napkin and silverware. I had to catch the waitress and ask her for them. The waitress now informed me that another customer had the last prime rib and suggested that I might like the ribeye steak which I agreed. When the steak was served I was very disappointed with it as it had quite a bit of fat and grizzle on it. The waitress never took the time to come by the table and inquire how the dinner was. I am no stranger to how customers should be treated as I have a long history in the restaurant business. I suggest my waitress should go back to waitress training 101. I have visited several Outback’s restaurants and since the owner ship has changed hands there seems to be a lack of appreciation for the customer.

My wife and I went out for an anniversary dinner at the Outback Steak House in Egg Harbor Township NJ.
My wife ordered the Filet with Lobster. It was spectaular. I ordered the Rib Eye with Shrimp. Although the Rib Eye was very tasty I found it to be a little too tough. Everything else was on point. Our server David was excellent. I would definitely go back again but would not order the Rib Eye.

Ordered a ribeye that was mostly gristle, mashed potatoes wasn’t good either!

Jaden F in Edgewater, NJ was amazing. We had a group with kids of all ages, it was a beautiful day and the moms needed an afternoon. The service and food was great. Look for her next time.

My wife and I went there for my Birthday on 6/29/2024 about 5:30,they wasn't busy alot if tables were open. We got seated right away. We sat there for 14 minutes several servers passed by our table and never said a word they never took our drink order or acknowledged us. We got up to walk out I told the hostess and she just looked at me and didn't say a word, no apology or nothing. We will never be back. We went to Longhorns and was waited on immediately and they were very busy. We left our server ,$100 tip.

The food and service was good. The electronic charge card machine was programmed wrong. I selected a 20% tip to be applied and they applied 29.5$ instead.

Was greeted warmly as soon as we opened the door. Staff was very friendly. Our waitress Lilee was awesome. Prompt a d very friendly. Had a very good date night with the wife.

Ate at the Wolf Road, Colonie, NY Outback. Worst experience ever at that location. Bartender/server totally ignored me after taking my order. Apparently forgot to order the bread; it finally came after the main course. Served pint of beer with no coaster; consequently my table was wet because of the condensation. Never asked if I needed anything or how was my dinner. He obviously would have been happier working in a gay bar because he gave a lot of attention to the young men who work there but totally ignore me. I had to ask another server to get my check. Should have left no tip but that would have played right into his stereotype of women diners.

Food was consistent, mushroom appetizer was a hit. Waiter Dyllan was very attentive and regularly checked in to make sure we were taken care of.

This was definitely one of the best meals, that I have had in a long time.
I took my Dad to this location, in Fredericksburg, VA., for his 90th Birthday, for the Prime Rib. It was the best steak I have ever had, and the service was above and beyond. We had Zack, for our server. He was very experienced, and was right on the ball with everything we needed. Congratulations to the whole staff!! Everyone there was outstanding!! Definitely go there and order the Prime Rib, and ask for Zack, you won't be disappointed.

I didn't like the environment and Waitress' welcoming to Guest. They were acting differently with everyone. The Tipp started from 22% to 28% and more. There was no option to pay less than that. Compared to other restaurants it was expensive too.

I just called in a curbside order at the Carrollwood location in Tampa. Spencer took my call. Not only was he super polite but got my order perfect but i askrd for 2 breads and he even put butter in there along with steaksauce and extra ketchup ofr my fries. The steak and fries were perfect and i also have a meal for tomorrow with the chicken and steamed veggies. I spoke to a sweet young lady when i called to compliment and the manager i spoke with, Shane, was awesome. Im definitely going back. 10 stars. THANK YOU!!!

Food was average but Brandon the bartender was excellent. Very friendly, efficient and was excellent at multitasking. Food was brought in a timely manner and every additional item (butter, sour cream, etc) was delivered very promptly. He is absolutely a gem of an employee

Outback used to be my favorite place but lately the food dropped their quality and the worse decision ever made few years ago was switching the NY strip cut for the terrible NY strip with bone 👎 i tried several times and always has issues hard and you ended up loosing 40% with that bone 🍖 i understand if certain people like that os cost less but would be better if Outback offers both NYStrips also the burgers was smaller like used to be I used to visit Outback once a week and lately between 2and 2 months

I have never had outback before & hands down it was great for being my first time. Are waiter Alfredo was great i had asked him what he recommends he gave me so many good options to pick from, me & my boys ended up getting almost everything recommend go in and ask for Alfredo ( UPLAND, CA )
