Terrible customer service and failed to rectify their mistakes
I ordered a Regatta Coat and Regatta fleece from this company online, the items came within 5 working days as stated, which was the only positive. However neither items were the same as pictured online, the fleece was meant to be a burgundy/maroon colour and it came as an orange colour and the all black coat came as a black with green trim coat. I would normally just accept this as I didn't mind either of the colours that came, but the real poor service and problem arose when i tried the coat on, only to find it still had the magnetic security tag on.
After calling them, their only answer was to send it back to them in the post, so they could remove it, then send it back to me. Which would ultimately leave me probably 10 days without the coat, or go into a local shop to ask if they could remove it. Which would make me look like a thief as I am asking a random shop to remove the security tag off an expensive coat, the guy was quite rude on the phone and made me feel like I was to blame or that I was putting them out and being difficult.
I would never shop with this company again as they failed to sympathise with me when it was clear they were at fault.
Terrible customer service, which is disappointing as they have such good reviews previously.

Dear Jack thank you for your review which we are sorry to hear.
In regards to any errors made we do our very best to try to resolve these with giving the customer the best options to themselves without being inconvenienced. With a large amount of shoplifting we have here all garments are security tagged, we have many procedures to check that they are all removed before posting. Unfortunately these may pass through if the tag is faulty or in not so obvious places.
These are very hard to remove and the best possible way to do it is to send it back to us so we can remove it safely. The other option is taking into a local store which we have recommended to many of of customer in this situation has been well received as is the quickest option and have never had any problems with this if taken with a receipt as the store can keep tags as they are valuable. These are the best possible options and i'm sorry if you felt these were not suitable.
We always offer a free post label to return anything that has an issue so not out of pocket and we are always here to assist where possible if you allow us to do so.

Please be careful when buying on line as I have now been misrepresented on my jkt purchase again.Having not been sold a 3-1jky with inner fleece,being told in description of jkt.I find I cannot attach a fleece because the jkt isn't a 3in1 as I have found out trying to purchase one today.Iam not holding out on anything being resolved with this company having been mis sold and misrepresented to again.Please be aware any opinions I have placed here are my opinions and nobody else it's just an honest review of my feelings with this transaction
