Terrible after service Do Not use
I purchased an Air Awning from them it's unfit for purpose never been used manufacturing fault the end of the tub that holds the air has not been sealed
They are rude and it's like talking to a robot 😠
I have been waiting three weeks for a response rang again today spoke to M and asked if I could return the faulty item that was unfit for purpose I was told no they would have to make a decision based on the paperwork and photo I send back she was supposed to send me a link to fill in this was the second attempt but nothing several hrs later I then rang back and the link finally arrived while I was on the phone so the email they had was correct
We have now been away three times and don't have an awning
I would definitely not recommend this company
Trading standards state consumer rights if an item is faulty or not fit for purpose the supplier should arrange collection and refund
So save yourself the hassle and use a different supplier

The trampoline I bought had bits missing. Contacted by phone and email. To no reply from them!!
The site lets you buy the ‘missing parts’ absolutely shocking. Wouldn’t recommend using ileisure to anyone

My opinion, do not buy from outdoor leisure. I'm furious, I ordered an awning carpet, they sent me the wrong one not as advertised on their website. They said Yodel would collect , that never happened. After 3 calls to outdoor leisure they said send it back by post and we will refund your money up to £10.00 send us the receipt. It cost over £13.00 to return, I paid £49.95 for the carpet including postage. They have only refunded me the £41.99 and no refund for sending it back either. They are still advertising the wrong awning carpet picture on their site. I bought the correct awning carpet from camping international and received the next day. Outdoor leisure are rip offs.(2441278478559178) (SR20202022).... just had notification of a reply 19.06.23 from outdoor leisure direct... only 5 years late.... no wonder you can't find my transaction Ryan.... you're also looking at the wrong product I purchased an awning carpet and not an air awning...pathetic!

Ordered a rattan table with 4 chairs and parasol, parasol has never arrived!! I have called repeatedly and emailed and have never once had a phone call back or my email replied to, just the excuse that the transport have got it! Not my problem as I've paid for it, just send me another and sort your own issues out, I refuse to contact this company again as all your get is " let me take your number again and I'll call you back" this never happens! I will now take up the issue with my credit card company.

I am not happy about the seller's descriptions.Item's descriptions are worse than seller's descriptions what I found in the item.He did not describe all the negative points in details.The item is still in the same condition. I do not use it but I wanted to fix the glass with the engineer.
For many reasons I did not get it fixed.Price of the item was £205+£6.99
= total £211.99 Please help me to do something about it. So I will return the item and I want my refund.

Ordered an item direct from the website because the price was good but because more importantly they offer next day delivery. This is important when buying gifts for someone, so you know you have it.

However, OutdoorLeisureDirect didn't post the item as promised, providing me with a tracking number that didn't exist, when I contacted them (by email becuase their phone system was out of order), it was claimed the delivery driver hadn't scanned the item at the pick up point and thus the item had been 'lost' in the network.

I requested a replacement but was swiftly told the item was out of stock (conveniently), so I contacted the delivery company regarding the situation. They replied saying it wasn't possible to provide a tracking reference number if the item hadn't been scanned in, so obviously someone at OutdoorLesiureDirect is telling lies

I managed to get the item from another retailer the next day, but could have done without the hassle

This isn't the first purchase that I have made from these guys. Last year we bought our kids their wetsuits from them and again we've done the same this year.
My son's wetsuit arrived very quick but when I got him to try it on it was too tight on his chest. This happened last time too but it was absolutely no problem as their returns process is very easy to do. I phoned them up to give them the heads up as to what we wanted in exchange and we had sent the small one back and received the new one all within a week. The guy on the other end of the phone was very friendly and helpful that I would definitely use them again. Thanks for everything guys.

The information renting to sizes was accurate and helped me to make the final choice. Great value, my goods arrived as promised and there were no issues. Product does what it says on the box!

Great service they contact you with information about your item. the information is correct. A very quick and reliable company. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Customer Service are two words that this company do not seem to embrace. The response to my query when they failed to deliver when promised and there offering of a product that was not of the same standard epitomised the attitude of 'we have your money now' so what are you going to do about it.
When finally they replaced the required product at my insistence it is now deflating at a rapid rate. When I rang to get to returned I was spoken to in a condescending manner and was told to email my complaint and if I didn't like it tough.
The only thing I could recommend about this company is not to use them.

Product arrived safely and very quickly.

I bought a single inflatable mattress, an excellent choice, takes less than 2 minutes to inflate and is so comfortable. And at a much lower price than all other I viewed online. I would definitely use Outdoor Leisure Direct again.

Ordered an airbed. Item arrived quickly. Shopping was easy.

I was particularly impressed with the communication from Outdoor Leisure Direct. I was emailed with a one hour delivery timeslot and the delivery was spot on time. So good not to have to hang around all day waiting for deliveries!

Obviously, not the right time of year to test out an inflatable kayak (!) but unpacked it and the quality seems good and the price was very competitive.

Speedy delivery, item exactly as described - comfortable night sleep for 2 adults. Easy to store.

Quality air bed, excellent price, blows up with electric pump in just a few minutes, packs away back to original boxed size easily for storage. Very comfortable. As a new Mum I wanted a small bath for my newborn but did not want a big chunky hard bath. I found a inflatable bath here which was perfect for what I needed. I was able to order online and checkout using paypal, which is a big plus point for me.
The communication on my order was great and the item was with me the next day.

Ordered two baby wrap wetsuits for my baby to wear swimming. One sized 0 - 6 months, one 6 - 12 months. Ordered them on Tuesday and they arrived Thursday. Good product that she got to wear to her swimming lesson this week. She was comfy and warm.

The product is excellent. Good quality. The service was excellent. Arrived the next day within the time slot stated.
