Product arrived quickly and fits perfectly

Ordered a sprayway fleece and arrived quickly but wrong size sent. Promptly contacted company who have arranged collection at my request and refund given. Only 4 stars due to staff error on sizing issue but promptly and efficiently rectified/refunded. 👍

The team went out of their way to get this put right for me. I had several phone calls to apologise which I missed but they left a really polite messages and were truly sorry about this error. Because of the way they dealt with their mistake and took complete ownership of the issue, I would definitely use them again.

placed my order and paid for a next day delivery as I was going on an unexpected trip the day after the requested delivery date. On the day of delivery the wrong item was delivered. I had ordered 2 beds and only 1 bed of a different style arrived. I contacted them and sad told that my order had been dispatched as ordered by their warehouse team. I sent a photo of the product received so that I could prove the wrong item was delivered. They then arranged for the correct items to be delivered, I requested an am delivery as we were due to leave by midday. On the day of delivery I was sent a text by the courier saying my items would be with me by 4pm, when I got in touch with them they stated no am delivery had been requested. I was also advised that the bed to return would be picked up Friday am and no on turned up till. Friday afternoon and my partner couldn't stay in all day so we missed the afternoon collection. It has now been picked up after arranging another pick up date so in total 4 days of waiting in for deliveries and collections, for what should have been 1 delivery. I can't say I'd ever use this company again, although customer services were very helpful in getting b the issue resolved I think the service was a let down overall, so much hassle and waiting around to get 2 beds delivered and 1 bed picked up. I also didn't get the cost of my next day delivery refunded despite requesting this so paid extra to have the wrong item delivered.
