I cannot cancel my account or reset my…

I cannot cancel my account or reset my password, no matter how many times I try. This feels like a scam! Every time I send back clothes, I still get charged for items I didn’t keep. The money is taken directly from my account, leaving me in financial distress.

As a single mom with kids, this situation is awful and overwhelming. It’s putting me into debt, and I’ve been trying to fix it for months without success. I feel completely stuck and want to cry. Please sort this out—I just want to cancel my account and move on!

I received a box of clothes I did not…

I received a box of clothes I did not order and then sent them back - which they acknowledged and then they took 60.00 out of my account for no reason. Can't reach them and they don't respond. Thieve and crooks never go near them
