I emailed the company to find out when they were getting thier next shipment in because they didn't have the size for my dog. David not only responded to me telling me they were expecting the next shipment soon, but when they had received the shipment. Thank you guys so much.

Wonderful product and customer service. I decided to get them after my dog got into lots of foxtails requiring surgery for removal. My vet recommended this brand so I ordered two. Unfortunately one of them was too small for my fluffy headed dog so I asked to exchange one of them. The company was very kind and fast in doing the exchange so I could get the correct size. My dogs took to these so well and we'll be bringing them on all hikes from now on. Perfect for preventing foraging as well. Thanks again.

This is the BEST product and has made a huge, positive difference in my walks with my dog! My dog eats EVERYTHING - I really mean that - and it led to pancreatitis. She is always on leash when we walk and we have a large fenced yard so it's not as if she runs free. But she's lightening fast when it comes to stuff on the ground, hidden along a trail or on the side of the road, etc. So after the vet determined that she'd eaten something that set off a reaction in her pancreas, and the subsequent STRICT diet, I was at a loss for what to do on our daily walks. I Googled "headnet for dogs" thinking mosquito netting, and there was the Outfox product. I read through the other testimonials and decided to give it a try.

I. WAS. AMAZED. and SUPER SUPER PLEASED! What a well thought out, well made, works-exactly-like-described life changer!! My dog doesn't even notice it, it's very easy to put on, she can sniff, yawn, bark, even grab sticks and drink - she just can't eat all the stuff she finds! It's worked in the rain too (although I think if the mesh gets wet, she has to shake her head to clear it enough to see) but I now don't have to worry about keeping her safe from all the weird random things she seems to find to eat when we are out walking! It's easy to clean (we live on a muddy gravel road) and she was fine with it on her head the very first time I put it on her (the instructions helped a lot to understand how it is supposed to fit.)

I highly recommend this, and I have told everyone, including my vet, about it.

My order arrived early. Both fit my dogs well. Size guide was accurate. They seem sturdy and my dogs seem ok wearing them.

This product is very well made, durable and it does the job of keeping foxtails out of my dog's nose.

I am so glad someone told me about this product!! We recently moved to an area that is inundated with cheatgrass and subsequently foxtail galore! These hoods have given us peace of mind when we take a 3 dogs outside to run around. Couldn’t love it more!!!!!!!

My dog allows me to put it on, but then won’t budge. Can he see through the mesh screen?

The mask arrived quickly. I was a bit hesitant to try it out. But I followed the directions and it was super simple. It took my dog about one day to get used to it; now he doesn't realize he has it on. On our walks, he can still smell, but he is unable to pick up sticks, rocks, and whatever else. After too may lodged sticks in his mouth, this has been a lifesaver!

I lost the elastic cord that holds the neck section of the hood together, and its toggle. And they offered to replace it, took less than a week too!

Responsive to my questions, Order sent promptly and is as described. My very large St. Bernard X Wolfhound/Standard Poodle has thoroughly tested it. Drinking, rolling panting and helped chase pigs back into their paddock, she was able to lightly nip them in order to herd them along. I couldn't be more pleased, I look forward to saving money on vet bills!

Just really impressed that they've solved a HUGE problem that causes anxiety, stress, and lots of money to the vet when foxtail issues happen, but they're so communicative, available, helpful, and professional on the back end (I had a sizing issue), and super supportive of you having the best customer experience you can have!
