Another company trying to hide their demise by telling lies, all over the meda they are saying the website is closed for maintenance, at the same time they close some of their stores yet still offer a 30% discount for orders, something very dodgy going on here, why can't the boss of this company grow a pair and let their customers know the truth? I have tried in vain on numerous occasions to get anyone from outlaw pro to give me an answer regarding warranty, in October 2024 I purchased some relatively expensive joggers from these ppl, they lasted 2 months until they started falling apart, i have been trying since December 2024 to get in touch with outlaw pro and they simply will not answer the phone or any messages. So if ya read this outlaw pro, you have a very very angry and disappointed customer here who would like you to get these joggers that are clearly not fit for purpose collected from my home and give me my money back,
Waste of time..
After 2 weeks of going back and forth with them, told me I will get a refund. I payed well over £200 for rigs etc and they couldn't even send a single item of my order at the end. What a waste of time...

Also bait in stock on the website, put and order in just to get a phone call saying it's out of stock so they'll refund me.

Terrible service
Terrible service. bought an avid exo2 bivvy back in October. First time on the bank 2 weeks after buying found the skull cap was too small. Rang up, and they requested an email explaining what the problem was with photos. they said they were going to send out a new bar to make the skull cap fit. Were in january now and after multiple emails and phonecalls. Still nothing has been done to sort this out. Asked for a refund and because I've put the bivvy up on the bank they won't return the item. I'm absolutely gutted.

Well....where do I start...I have literally only just mentally recovered from the entire stressful Christmas period OUTLAW PRO LTD have caused me!!!
It all started with three of my children clubbing together with me to buy their dad a Korum Progress fishing umbrella as a Christmas gift.
I placed the order with OUTLAW PRO LTD on the 7th December...
Received a message on 13th December from Yodel to say my order would arrive that day between a certain time...I stayed in & waited but nothing arrived....at 20.05 I receive a message to say my parcel has been delivered...uuuhmm no it hasn't...panic set in...I go around to neighbours to see if they received my parcel...nothing...My son says, mum chill out there's probably just a glitch in the system be patient....I take his advice....
On the 14th I receive another message saying it will be delivered that day. I wait in, nothing...then at 19.42 I receive a message saying sorry we missed you...Uuhhm no you didn't...Nobody came to my house. I check my app the next day & it states it's back at the depot and will be added to the next drivers route...On the 16th I check the Yodel app again & it says it will be delivered that day between 10.29 & 12.29 (this time I received no message)...I wait in...Nothing arrives, I check the app & at 11.07 it states sorry we missed you. Please manage your parcel delivery preferences. I look at the delivery preferences and for all the options I can choose it says, service unavailable for this parcel.
Then the never ending trail of web chats with Yodel start...I am promised delivery on the 18th in one chat. This doesn't turn up...On hold for nearly an hour on the phone to Yodel so give up & realise you cannot actually talk to a real person as nobody answers!
I phone OUTLAW PRO LTD I explain the situation & that I believe they are delivering to the wrong property..they tell me they will contact Yodel & will get back to me when they have some more info....I wait...you guessed it...nothing. I phone OUTLAW PRO LTD the following day where the customer service lady tells me that she spoke to Yodel's manager who told her there was an inaccessible lane to go up to my property...to which I answered that is rubbish as I live on a large estate end of terrace with no lanes & full access..I explain I think they have lost my parcel & aren't owning up to it....She will find out & let me know she says...Nothing by the end of this day. Another web chat on the 20th with Yodel & promised delivery on that day too, but guess what nothing.....I phone OUTLAW PRO LTD again the next day 21st (Saturday)...they can't deal with this as they are weekend staff & once the parcel leaves their depot it is out of their hands...Another web chat with Yodel on the 22nd....We will re deliver tomorrow...I say ok, are you certain as we will make sure we're in all day....Yep definitely delivery tomorrow....you guessed it...nothing...So 23rd...web chat with Yodel again....Their answer, the teams are working hard to have all parcels out for delivery and you can have an update in the next 48 HOURS...CHRISTMAS DAY!!! I phone OUTLAW PRO LTD again who could not give me any more information...and I was literally so absolutely exhausted with this entire situation I requested a refund and said I would go into a local angling store and buy one. The customer service lady said I will pass an authorisation for a refund to my manager...I told her thanks for basically nothing....My children were extremely disappointed as they didn't have a gift for their dad on Christmas Day and they couldn't afford to get anything else (even if they did it was Christmas Day day later)....Guess what...I never received a refund!!!! Luckily I paid via PayPal and went through PayPal's dispute centre & finally received my refund on the 6th January. Believe it or not but the Yodel app still reckons it has my pacel.....Believe me this entire episode nearly caused me to have a nervous breakdown. I wouldn't wish this grief on anyone purchasing online, it should be so simple & why couldn't OUTLAW PRO LTD just send out a replacement instead of pretending they knew where my parcel was.....OUTLAW PRO LTD you are an absolute shambles along with YODEL...You two are a match made in heaven...I feel very sorry for anyone that has the misfortune to deal with either of you!!!
Baits are great customer service very poor
Baits are great, but customer service is appalling. 3 weeks and still my order didn't arrive, several phone calls, assurance I will receive my order as it was back at the warehouse, didn't arrive. A week later with the promise of a return phone call to sort the issue out and no phone calls. I again had to chase this up. Was eventually told items were not any longer in stock! They would issue a refund! I told them their service was very poor and I would like to complain, the lady said she was the manager! I explained the last 3 weeks and all she could say was IL issue a refund, I said an apology would be nice at which point she put the phone down on me !!

Recieved a damaged snugpak fj6, sent back at my expense. Under terms and conditions it states postage will be refunded for returned damaged items. Sent multiple emails and proof of postage to get my postage refunded, zero correspondence back. This is extremely unprofessional and I'd advise others to use a different company. I was initially going to buy a barrow once returned funds had cleared and I had received my postage cost back which never happened so went with total fishing tackle who were more than happy for my custom. If zero stars were an option I would have gave them that instead of 1 star

Order no169933. Orderd new rod/ reel paid for 2 working day del. Reel arrived in good time complete with invoice for both items. No rod. When I called they informed me the rod had been sent via another courier (evri) and would be with me that day of defo next day. Still waiting for
delivery of rod, now on day 5.

Well how to start ordered from outlaw pro and seem good until DHL emailed the day saying it's out for delivery then said it was delivered and I signed for it and I wasn't even in at home no one was in and then I contact outlaw and spoke to madie who raised the complaint and told me this was take upto 48hrs after nearly 1 week still no out come was told 3 different stories that iwas told by finn that this would be sorted by 10.30hrs on Monday today and still no out come told them I wany my refund and I will 100% not be using outlaw again avoid like the plague worst experience I've every had staff don't do anything DHL should be banned from any deliveries Rita the operation manager can't do anything bad service and will not be using this company again AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not use. Honestly the worst online shopping experience of my entire life. Paid for faster delivery, two weeks later still waiting for a damaged rod to be replaced. Absolutely pathetic service. Will never use again and advise you don't too.
Use wrong delivery company, rubbish customer service.
Wish I could give a zero star rating. When I placed my order it stated 2 day delivery with DHL. Outlaw pro have sent it with Evri via Whistl. The two worst delivery companies in the uk, the two companies with the worst track record for loosing parcels. Parcel has not arrived yet currently on day 4. Contacted outlaw pro and asked why it wasn’t sent with DHL and all they did was avoid the subject. Do not order from these fools. I certainly won’t ever again.

Absolutely shocking customer service…
Absolutely shocking customer service sent a set of 4 alarms back over a month ago,the email response was non existent in the end resorted to just getting my money back due to the lies I was being told,don't bother ordering online,just go to your local tackle shop and save the hassle

Absolutely brilliant company, I'm always nervous ordering from someone new but there's no need to worry with these guys.
I bought a Prologic thermal suit from them, not only one of the cheapest out there they delivered so so quick. Would highly recommend and will definitely use these guys again
Can't deliver online orders
Ordered a while after nearly 2 weeks they could not get order out and had to get refund .. just thought would give 1 more try and yet again nothing but problems and even paid for fast delivery bit had to get refund again .. don't no what there like instore but if you buy online don't bother or you'll be left waiting and then getting refund and having to go elsewhere
