I was looking for a guest information book for my B&B and looked it up online. Your company provides a good range to choose from and ordering was easy. I believe that I will use Out of Eden for other purchases in future. Good communication about delivery.

Shopping online was easy. My first delivery arrived damage by the courier. I politely emailed Out of Eden and with five mins I received a phone call to say replacements were on the way. The following day they arrived as promised. Faultless service from this Company 👍🏻

Excellent service. I ordered a fitted sheet a couple of weeks ago just to see how the fit was. As everything was ok, yesterday, i ordered 3 more. These were ordered yesterday afternoon and much to my surprise, they arrived this morning. Great quality, great service and good prices. What more could you ask for. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Parcel due to arrive Fri. No show and late being advised of this. Parcel rescheduled for delivery mon. No show again. No notification. Stayed in all afternoon. Should have been delivered between 2-3pm. Advised running late. But no show. Wish i had not ordered now

We're regular if not frequent customers and have always found their products of excellent quality for the price, especially with the free postage.
However, I always say you only get the measure of a company when things go wrong. In our order this week, two mugs had been smashed by DPD's handling (not to mention their inability to press doorbells or read instructions). It is now less than 48 hours later, and a Saturday, and I already have replacements, and extras, in my hand. That's easily worth 5 stars in my book.

Recently stayed at a holiday property that had this amazing shower gel. Free form all usual additives and good for sensitive skin. Great fragrance. Ordered 5 litres online from their shop. Easy process and good value for a 5litre tub.

It arrived the very next day, which was great as I thought I had another box of soap but I didn't.

So simple and easy to order from Out of Eden, the only part of the order that was poor is the bin bags, very light and not on a roll, so you have to pick up each one in turn!
