If there were a "minus" star page, I would give that rating. I ordered their battery wood cutter online, liking all the features. The price had been lowered to $29.99, which sounded wonderful. Later, I saw another wood cutter online, advertising the same thing for the same price. I'd not realize that these were not the same company. After trying to contact them by email several times--trying to contact them by their other emails ( only to find that they were were non-existent), and getting no answer, I finally heard from them this morning.
They told me that I had ordered only the cutting chain. I then went back to the emails supporting my order, and found that my order had been 404'd--no longer available. Everything I had in evidence was gone. Be very careful. Scams abound!
