Outside sent the wrong running shoes but were quick to send out the correct replacements, without requesting that I send the other back first. We all make mistakes but they got it sorted efficiently so I had the trainers for race day.

I had a great time. The walk was well lead and there was plenty of opportunity to speak to Ben and the Buffalo staff. It was well organised and a good sized group to feel part of something special.

They advertise products that they do not have in stock and then cancel orders… They don’t answer the phone during their advertised open hours. Decent email communication but still frustrating. I wouldn’t risk wasting my time again.

I'm very sorry to hear that we weren't able to process your order. While we do try and keep our stock availability as accurate as possible, occasionally error do occur. Sometimes as a result of theft from the shop, sometimes from the wrong size or colour being sold at the till. On this occasion it looks like we contacted you about the issue in less than half a working day, and offered a very similar, and slightly more expensive option which you chose to decline. We have therefore cancelled the order at your request.
With regards the missed phonecalls, I wasn't able to find any record of a missed call from your number I'm afraid. We do have two phone numbers, one for web sales, and a different number for the shop. Apologies if you weren't able to get through on either number.
