The product is OK but customer service is quite poor. My original order one year ago included a cover, they got back saying they are out of stock of covers and will deliver when they are available. After seeing a promotion on covers i contacted them but despite numerous chases and an acknowledgement they have not sent it yet.

We bought a drinks cooler 2.5 years ago, and until this summer had stored it in our summerhouse. This summer, we left it outside for a few days.
The sun distorted the bowl so that the wooden lid no longer fits properly.
Despite the quotes below, the Company has declined to replace what is obviously a faulty product.
Very disappointing. Doesn't say much about the Company's attitude to it's customers, or customer care policy.
I wouldn't trust the wording on the site when considering whether to buy a cooler from Outside Gang. The Company will not stand by it's claims. Seems like once they've got your money they don't care. And want to charge me another £80 for a replacement bowl !!

Please store the bamboo chopping board lid indoors in a dry, moisture free place when not in use. It doesn't like being damp and it will become mouldy if not cleaned and stored properly. All other components from our drinks coolers can be left out in the sun, rain and snow and they will not damage. "

We love our cooler ! Great addition to our garden space and has been a talking point on more than one occasion at our bbq’s and parties. Fantastic customer service throughout and would definitely recommend Outside Gangs products to friends and family

So, the cooler with 2 bags of reusable ice cubes that my wife bought me for Xmas looks like a fabulous product - no problem there. The only issue was that it wasn't something I could ever see myself using, and after a super expensive Xmas and a product cost just south of £200 it was impossible to justify keeping.

We therefore decided to return it. But Outside Gang's hard-to-reach and inflexible customer service was channelling the works trip to the Xmas panto as all they could say was "Oh no you're not!"

To explain, OG offered a fine early November deal on the product - presumably designed to winkle out the early Xmas pound before the buy-fest of Black Friday and the festive period got into full swing. My wife therefore purchased the product on November 5th, thinking of course that, like most retailers at Xmas, OG would be extending their returns period to allow for present mistakes.

Here we are though 16 days on from Xmas and after a couple of weeks of trying to get hold of them (fair enough it was Xmas and they're a small firm) and then a bit of back and forth on email, they've eventually pointed us to their terms and conditions and their strict (!?!) 30-day returns policy. That would have meant returning it on December 5th which seems a bit unreasonable for something intended to be a Xmas present.

What's more, they're actually out of stock on their website, so you'd think they might want to take it back to sell to someone who actually wants one. Never mind, we'll probably find that customer for them on eBay now.

So, buyer beware. This firm likes to join in the pre-Xmas retailer frenzy, but doesn't offer the kind of festive flexibility that we've all got used to. I won't be buying from them or recommending them to anyone, which is a shame, because it seems like quite a good product.

Small addendum...
Just noticed that OG also have an Amazon store. Amazon insist that all merchants selling via their marketplace have to offer Xmas returns up until Jan 31st. So, had we bought from them via Amazon, we'd not be having this problem.

Excellent products, delivery and when needed, customer service.

We have placed various orders on their site and now have the short legged cooler, champagne tray, chopping board and carry cover. Oh....and lights and ice cubes!!!!

Very pleased with all, they make a day outside even better!!

Excellent customer service. I ordered a cooler with both sets of legs and champagne tray, looks amazing in the garden and everyone comments on it. The champagne tray is really useful as it means we have an area for our glasses as well with the champagne bottle in the middle. I have since ordered the lights and a cover to keep it on excellent condition during our inclement weather. Thanks outdoor gang.

Ordering was simple and easy and quick delivery. We were missing the screws for the legs but after contacting outside gang, they responded quickly and posted out what was missing from the box. The table is lovely. Exactly what I needed for my garden.

Excellent product from superb company with great people. Our Homebird takes centre stage on our decking and is fabulous to use. Well done guys 👍🏼

We have received excellent customer service from Outside Gang. Thank you! We have recently used our cooler for our son’s christening celebration in our local park when the temp was nearly 30 degrees and it kept our drinks ice cold throughout the day whilst also being a stylish addition to the picnic style lunch. Since then we have been using it in the garden and anyone that pops round comments on how cool it is, it adds a pop of colour too - perfect for the summer months outside! Will def recommend and also be looking out for future products we can purchase from Outside Gang.

I’ve bought several coolers from the outside gang, however I ordered the ice cubes on 11th June and it’s now 18th June and they still haven’t arrived, not the service I was expecting from this company as they have been really good before.

Ordered the Drinks cooler and ice cubes. Very impressed with the service, I was kept up to date with the delivery progress and items arrived on time. The cooler looks great and I can’t wait to use it at my Bbq’s in the summer.

I did write a bad review but I want to change it to 5*
They missed my message and since then I have contacted them via email and can’t praise them enough for the excellent customer service.
I must admit I was surprised I was ignored as this was not the service I had from day one.
Glad it was rectified.

Have to say I received a fantastic service from Outside Gang!

I ordered 2 coolers ‘Peony’ which is hot pink and ‘Egg Yolk’ which is yellow. I also ordered some reusable ice cubes.

However, I accidentally put too many reusable ice cubes in my basket. I somehow ordered 2 lots of a colour when I needed 1 of that colour. I do blame the excitement of them having the new Peony back in stock and me just wanting to get it ordered 😂

I contacted Outside Gang straight away and got a reply immediately the next day confirming a refund had been issued and the order updated to remove the additional ones I didn’t need.

They also arrived before the expected delivery date which was also a bonus!

Great customer service from my experience!

The products themselves are also fantastic. I ordered both short and tall legs for both and it was really easy to assemble I done them both on my own in about 10 minutes.

There is a lot of comments about the price however these are the coolers I wanted and I was happy to pay the price although I did have a 10% off voucher I would have paid the original price too and sometimes Outside Gang have special offers also so worth a look out as they’re worth the original price so a bargain if you get some money off!

The only thing I would say is if you use them and like me empty the water and ice and don’t leave it in there (I’ve used them once) just make sure you get rid of any excess water (I thought I had and used kitchen roll to dab the last little bits) but appears I must have missed some as I do have a few mouldy bits at the bottom on the white water exit on the inside at the bottom. But I feel this is more me than a product fault as this will happen if you don’t get all the water but to be fair I’m sure it will come off with a good scrub which is on my to do list!

I feel the nice touch though is it comes with a magnetic bottle opener so you can’t loose it! Which is very helpful! 😁

All in all from me a good product and company!

Fantastic product and service, can highly recommend these guys to deliver the classy and stylish wine and beer coolers. I have both tall and short legs and they are easily changed. Even comes with a magnetic bottle opener so you can’t loose it! Genius!

I absolutely love, love, love my cooler. I bought both long and short legs and 2 lots of reusable ice. Highest quality, looks amazing and real value for money.
Outside gang were very efficient and kept me up to date with dispatch and delivery. Would higher recommend.

I have just received my Peony pink cooler and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! It is gorgeous, easy to put together and very sturdy - it feels like great quality. The bamboo board really finishes it off. Bring on the sunshine :)

Efficient service and just put my cooler together and love it! Looks very stylish, great height and lots of space for ice and plenty of beers. Only had it built for 10 minutes and already had a comment from someone to say how nice it looks. About to order my second one - thank you
