Obstructed view - Customer support let it slide

Turned up to watch Powerwolf to find a screen had been hung blocking most of the stage from my view

When I raised the complaint with customer support, their response was:
"Due to unforeseen circumstances, the production of the show rigged the screens lower than we had anticipated. If raised with staff on the night, guests were being offered alternate seating as a resolution. Unfortunately, as the show has now passed, we are unable to provide any alternate resolution. "

The seat was sold at full price with no notice of a limited view. There were no signs regarding the limited view on the day and no communication or announcements from staff stating that a seat move was possible

I received no response since requesting an escalation

Gladiators Live - fountain malfunction

While queueing with my 7-year-old daughter to watch the Gladiators Live the water fountain suddenly activated at full force while we were directly in it. We were both soaked before we could move away. What surprised me most was that no member of staff approached us, checked if we needed help, or offered any form of assistance.
Food and drink overpriced.
Show was great though!!

Awful crowded slow hot - avoid!

Awful. SO badly organised. Just needed a bit of thought and could have been SO much better. Huge queues for drinks. Horrible plastic food. Too hot. Horrible experience and would not go again. Ricky Gervais fantastic - the rest - dreadful.

Unwilling to help disabled.

We booked tickets to see Marilyn Manson back in April, since then my partner has had to undego emergency surgery and now relies on a wheelchair for daily use.

We've contacted the customer services and have been told you can't take a wheelchair in to general admission, you'll have to cancel your other tickets and buy an accessible ticket if they're still available (they're not), rang the accessible line and got told we'd have to try turn up and see if we get upgraded otherwise they'll take the wheelchair off us when we get inside.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.

Owners value profits over anything else. Rob you blind and have no concept of customer service and what makes a great venue.

My wife and I went and saw Ricky Gervais at the Ovo arena on Friday 31st October. Ricky Gervais was brilliant, the OVO a pile of crap!!!
No wonder more and more people are choosing not to see stand-up at places like the OVO.
They are nothing but money grabbing commercial morons.
Limited staff, who could not be bothered to help anyone, and cleary did not want to be there. Zero organisation, the bars were chaos with staff just standing there and letting it all unfold. A few arguments and fights broke out and staff just walked away!!
Prices are an insult, with more staff not giving a crap. Pints 3/4 full, flat Pepsi with the syrup not mixing properly. 2 medium cups of Pepsi and 2 bags of sweets ( Haribo size packets) - £23.50😡😡. Went I explained the Pepsi was flat and weak, I was met with “well what do you want me to do about it?””

The venue itself is diabolical. Seats are rediculously crammed together. I wear medium sized clothes and I felt claustrophobic. With the expected amount of people in the arena, there was zero air circulation - people fainting, sweating - it was unbelievable. If you are up high, there are no safety rails when walking down and it is extremely risky.
Then to top it off, there were only 2 screens to watch, if you wanted to get a decentview, and they need to be a lot bigger.

Owners clearly have zero desire to create a great venue which could be an awesome place. They have no wish to offer a good experience for people and are clearly valueing profits over anything else.

I will never go to this venue again. Total robbing A-holes.

Lynyrd Skynyrd concert

I attended the Lynyrd Skynyrd concert on Saturday 19th July. But was very disappointed. The band did not appear until 9.15, and they played so loud that I couldn't hear what Johnnie was singing.
If this goes back to the venue, I would suggest that they encourage artists to start their performance earlier and finish at a reasonable time. I and many others had to leave before the end to ensure getting a train home.
Also the stewarding is terrible. People were standing in their seats and in the aisles. I am not a younster and don't want to have to stand for the whole performance after paying for a seat. If people want to stand they should be ushered to places where they don't block the view of people sitting.
I doubt very much if I will attend any more events at this venue.

Rude security and silly pointless policies

I started the evening of the 24/06 very happy going to see Billy Idol with my husband and friends.
At entry, I was stopped after having passed security and sent back out because I was wearing a backpack. Mind you, it is a Fjallraven 16L (38cm x 27cm x 13cm). It fits inside a tote bag. My friend’s shoulder bag fits two of them and she walked right in.
That was not the only problem. The staff is completely unprepared. While I was discussing with them, 3 people walked in with backpacks and I pointed all of them out to them. I asked them to define what a backpack was and they couldn’t. I was also asked what I had in my backpack I listed “my wallet, my hoodie, my umbrella” and then was asked by a very rude man named David (he said) and his supervisor, who was wearing a purple polo and refused to give me his name and covered his ID, WHY I BROUGHT A BACKPACK. This is so inappropriate! It is London! Everyone comes from work to a gig on a Tuesday!
I did not go in and I refuse to be treated this way. I have lost mine and my husband’s ticket money because I am sure OVO arena will do nothing to stop these abusive practices! Wembley OVO Arena DO BETTER!

Extremely Poor Experience – Total Chaos from Start to Finish

Our experience at OVO Arena Wembley was absolutely appalling and needs to be shared. We attended a sold-out event for the internationally renowned singer Moein – a performer of such calibre deserves a venue that can handle the basics of organisation. Unfortunately, this venue failed at every level.
This is a serious complaint!
Despite arriving one and half hour early, we were caught in an enormous, disorganised queue that snaked around outside for over an hour. Security forced everyone through a tiny number of gates, while several other entrances sat unused. They insisted on using fancy cameras and scanners but completely failed to manage them properly. The result? Hundreds of people missed the beginning of the show — we weren’t even let in until after it had already started. We missed the first half hour despite paying premium prices of front seats.
Who is responsible for this disaster? Whoever it is should be held accountable — the security staff were not just clueless, but repeatedly rude and dismissive. No one seemed to know what they were doing. We were treated like a nuisance, not guests. Inside, things weren’t much better. The temperature was ridiculously high — even Moein himself had to leave the stage mid-show to change clothes due to the heat and mentioned it openly.
To top it all off, leaving the event was another nightmare. The car park staff funneled everyone through a single route, ignoring more efficient exits and creating a gridlock that lasted over an hour inside the car park alone. Then, we were stuck in yet another queue circling the arena for another hour. We should have been home by midnight. We got home at 2:15 AM.
This was one of the worst event experiences I’ve ever had, only because of organisers not the singer himself who is incredible. OVO Arena Wembley needs to seriously rethink its operations. The lack of preparation, poor crowd management, inadequate ventilation, and extremely rude staff made what should’ve been a wonderful night into a complete disaster.
Avoid this venue if you value your time, your money, and your sanity.

Excellent stewards for The Darkness!!

Saw The Darkness here on Saturday. Had VIP tickets so let in early to see the soundcheck. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
Once the gig itself started the stewards at the very front were excellent. There was one guy in particular who must’ve been early 20’s and he was exceptional!! He took photos for fans, joked around with the crowd and had a permanent smile on his face. Great to see someone loving their job so much! We were ushered out at the end by some really surly older men, but even they couldn’t dampen our spirits.

Ticket scam

Ticket scam
I bought expensive VIP tickets for my kids 6 months in advance. Then the last minute, 4 days before the concert OVO arena emailed me that they are cancelling our tickets due to technical issues.
My kids were very disappointed. This is not nice, messing around people, selling tickets that don’t exist.
Be aware and don’t fall into this ticket scam. I will not deal with this company again.

paid for VIP seats to see Teddy Swims, but of course last minute they told me that vip no longer available and I will be moved downstairs to generic seats. With big stars like this coming to uk what they do is obviously last minute push premium members to generic seat that was cancelled, and the re-sell VIP tickets for triple the price. Major scam vibes!

Unhelpful customer service

I wanted to know the event times of tonight's event at Wembley Arena. After waiting 15 mins for them to answer the phone, they couldn't tell me, and hung up on me. It is unreasonable not to have this info anywhere, despite saying that is on their website. It isn't.
I bought tickets to see Lenny Kravitz, not a support act, or hang around their bar area for 2-3 hours

OVO Wembley App is USELESS!

I was told by Ticketmaster that I MUST have my tickets for Wembley on the OVO Wembley app. Otherwise I would not be allowed in.
More downloading and passwording!
Why!!!!
Then I try to access my tickets on their app and NOTHING. THE APP IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Crashes all the time.
I now have to use their partner’s app namely AXS.
More downloading and passwording!

And there are my tickets.

Ticketmaster told me all my friends who I have the tickets for will also need the OVO app so they can get in.
FAT CHANCE!
They will probably need the AXS app too.
Why can’t I just use my original Ticketmaster app where I purchased the tickets.

Rubbish rubbish rubbish waste of my time when I have already been royally ripped off by the ticket websites in the first place.

Shocking Customer Service – Feels Like a Scam

My experience with OVO Wembley Arena has been nothing short of disgraceful. I initially spent four hours on hold to speak to someone regarding whether the full VIP ticket price for an essential companion would be refunded. I was assured it would be. Based on this, I purchased three tickets totaling just over £600.

However, when I tried to claim the refund for one ticket, I was suddenly told that the VIP portion wouldn’t be refunded (over £100). This has been dragging on for over a month now, and their responses have been infrequent at best – I’m lucky to get one reply a week!

To make matters worse, I’m currently on hold with them AGAIN. I was number 3 in the queue when I first called, and now, after 3 hours, I’m “the next caller.” Are they even answering calls, or are they hoping people will just give up? This is criminal behavior and feels like nothing short of a scam.

I will be taking this matter to the small claims court to claim my refund, as they’ve left me with no other option. Avoid dealing with them at all costs – the level of customer service is utterly unacceptable.

Vance Joy concert this evening

Vance Joy concert this evening - but absolutely disgusting attitude from the OVO stewards and ticket office woman - extremely rude, abrasive and disrespectful- AXS are useless - their app doesn’t work and you get next to no help or support from their arena staff -
The woman in the ticket office was appallingly rude and dismissive - the aggression of the outside stewards was unnecessary - we were a family of 4 with 2 young kids - wouldn’t come back here for that kind of rubbish behaviour

Needed help with accessible seating and the staff were able to accommodate and help me especially Caroline. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I wasn’t too much trouble. The biggest issue is although the seats were great and I was extremely grateful for slightly more comfortable seats, the arena wasn’t particularly disabled friendly. There is a significant amount of walking to get anywhere and if you want to avoid steps (of which there is a lot) you have to walk miles. There should be closer disabled parking (I know there’s a drop off but I can’t stand on my own for ages whilst I wait for my car to be parked and my partner to then come and find me).
