A happy experience.

The whole process from deciding to invest in the 6 month bond you had on offer to putting money into the bond was straightforward and quick. Communication was swift - it gives confidence. You are now on my radar!

New customer, happy thus far

My experience of setting up my account merits, in itself, a 5 star rating.

I've given 4 stars because of personal preference: I don't like having the app on my smartphone for security reasons - I'm fine with online banking run from my desktop and using a smartphone just to receive authentication codes, but that isn't available here.

Even so, if all continues as it's begun, I'll be happy to keep using Oxbury.

A very competitive rate

A very competitive rate. Easy to set up the account prior to deposit. Questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Depositing money was straight forward and confirmation that it was in the account arrived almost immediately.
