Great service and team
Really impressed with the service, efficiency and communication at BMW North Oxford. I bring my car from another town because I know it’ll be in safe hands. Special mention to Rozeena Ali who always makes coming into the garage, a great experience.

As always, fantastic customer service by BMW North Oxford. Big shout out to their star advisor, Rozeenna Ali, who is brilliant at her job and always has a smile. BMW Tec David Hook is another amazing member of staff who looks after my car like it's his own. Two gems.

Praiseworthy
Over the last three years since I have been using North Oxford Garage I have nothing but praise for their excellent and friendly service, especially so for Rozeena Ali who has always been very attentive and thorough, and I would only deal with her if possible in the future. Their waiting area and general showroom is of the highest standard and a pleasure to be in whilst waiting for my vehicle to be ready, and of course is always washed and polished before receiving.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service! Car failed MOT due to a suspension fault but fixed and back on the road within 24hours! Kept informed throughout and car was spotlessly clean too. Very happy.

Appalling automated check-in for…
Appalling automated check-in for servicing. Having done everything right by checking the car in both the night before and upon arrival at the due time, I waited for 25 minutes but no service adviser made contact. The system says it’s all registered correctly so I go for a long walk. After 1.25 hours I noticed that it hadn’t moved from its original position. After complaining it finally got started and it was only in for a warranty check!

I’ve spent a most wonderful 31/2 hours in BMW Service Dept: ( for annual service) Jodie has been my friend & guide / explaining all the details / bringing me coffee & lovely shortcake biscuits( my favourites!) I’ve been so impressed with the friendly welcome from you ALL! It’s been like a 5 star hotel!! And Philip will be explaining dashboard details to me shortly - a very helpful Service Manager! Jodie said I can pop in anytime to visit for a coffee & chat! An unforgettable few hours !

Minor issue of warranty, the staff at North Oxford went out of their way to assure me it would dealt with at a time to suit me, car booked in for a day and a courtesy car made available, all discussed over a cup of tea😀
I’m on my second car from N.O. and my first bike, just made enquiries to get my next bike from them. Always great service from North Oxford 👍
