Fantastic personal service given by Kriste-Anne Phillips. There was no pressure from her and she was friendly empathetic and patient with me without overloading me with technical detail. She came to my house with the car to test drive and it was also delivered to me once purchased. An amazing seamless service and Kriste is a great asset to your dealership.

Utterly super response from Seb. On my way to ABR Festival with fully loaded bike and a suspension warning light came up. He sorted the issue and showed me how to reset levels for different loads. Every day’s a school day.

After an issue during a regular service Alex Newcombe and his colleagues were nothing short of professional, customer focused and very helpful in providing solutions over a number of days. Great customer experience and would highly recommend this particular dealership

Service was great and really speedy too.

My BMW 1 series convertible needed replacement brake pads and discs, so I booked the service online. I was met on arrival and taken to Rozeena on the service desk where she explained precisely what work was required. While I waited for the work to be completed she kept me updated of progress and was extremely helpful. After the work was complete the car was taken for a test drive before it was washed and valeted. Overall, the level of customer service was outstanding.

Kriste-Anne made the process so easy from start to finish! It was our first car so there were a lot of questions which she didn't have a problem taking the time to thoroughly answer. We drove away safe in the knowledge that we were all set, yet could come back if there were any problems. If you are looking for a BMW, look no further!

First big service for my GS1250 and as usual, great customer service from the team. Ben was fantastic at communicating with me. The bike came out much cleaner than it went in, sorry about the mud guys. The loan bike was superb.
