Knowledge and empathy combined
Naveed Akhtar was not only professional and knowledgeable in transferring data and setting up a new computer for my disabled son in his care home but he was also patient and empathetic when my son grew frustrated. The interaction was both efficient and enjoyable.

Our communication with Naveed was sadly very poor. We were given false information about the state of the computer left for repair. Despite chasing many times via email and on the phone, we never heard back.
