Great service, prompt delivery. Inogen 6 Rove 6 is quiet, light weight, easy to use, and so far is living up to the promise of 10-hour battery life on the long battery. The reviewer name "frustrated buyer" was autogenerated by your system.. I am a happy buyer, not frustrated at all.

The unit you shipped did not work
The unit you shipped did not work. They want me to pay for the return, then they will inspect it and consider sending a replacement or refund.
Their front office talked to the shop and they sorted out their communication problems. I then received a good new unit and a full refund.

We also want to clarify the options we offered, as we want to make sure the process is as easy as possible for you.
1. The first option is to return the defective unit, and as soon as we receive it we will ship your replacement immediately at no cost to you.
2. The second option is that we ship your replacement right away, and we simply ask for a refundable deposit in the meantime. Once we receive the defective unit back, your deposit is returned in full.
You chose the second option, which is why a deposit was placed. Regarding the shipping charge, that was a UPS pickup fee for having the unit collected directly from your home.
We would still love to help get this resolved for you. Please give us a call at 877-303-9289 so we can make sure you end up with a fully working unit as quickly as possible. If you ever need anything else, feel free to reach out, we're here to help!
