Oxygen Plus is a pleasure to deal with! Conversations with the owner were informative. The service was extraordinary. I would recommend this business to anyone with oxygen needs. I might add that this was my second experience with Oxygen Plus. More than five years ago I purchased a refurbished concentrator that is still going strong. The portable concentrator I bought this time is efficient and easy to operate.

I've bought two units from this company and both were received nicely packaged and working in good condition. The first unit I bought has lasted me for 3 years and I have not had a single issue. Very pleased with my purchases.

I have an oxygen tent and a Sequal Eclipse3 I purchased several years ago from another company for one of my cats who was terminal. Recently, one of my other cats quickly spiraled downhill and I needed to get the oxygen tent working in a hurry. Unfortunately, my Eclipse is not working and I was never happy with the max 3L/minute rate it could give me. I live a couple of hours from the OxygenPlusMedical store in Moneta, VA, so I called them about a part I needed for my Eclipse and to see if they had any other concentrators available at a price I could afford. They indicated they did but that because of their work load, it would take until the next day to get one ready. I went ahead and placed the order for pickup the next day and prepared to head down to their store anyway to pick up the filters for the Eclipse, to attempt to get it working until the next day when I could pick up the concentrator I ordered.

When I called to let them know I was headed down to pick up the filters, they let me know they had been able to get a concentrator ready and I could pick it up that day instead of coming back the next day.

I can't describe how thankful I am that they went the extra mile to have a concentrator ready on such short notice. My kitty passed away that night and having the oxygen tent working meant that his last hours were much more comfortable than they would have been otherwise. It meant that we could be with him and comfort him in his final hours.

I ordered an oxygen concentrator and compressor to refill portable tanks. All came in about 4 days in perfect condition very securely wrapped. Excellent communication from company Received instruction manuals to download via email several days prior to receiving order. Received email when order shipped and tracking #. Their website is easy to navigate and prices are listed so you can easily shop and compare for your needs. Overall this was a good shopping experience and I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered a two foot oxygen canula and received a 7 foot canula. I didn't send it back because I can use the 7 foot, but I won't order again from this company.
