The seat cover is money well spent. It was slightly to large but better than being too small.

Fantastic price for a workbench for my potting shed. one of the boards was a little warped but laying it flat with some heavy weights on, soon flattened it. I don't think it would be strong enough if you want to attach a vice to (the metal leg supports would twist), but it's perfect for my needs.
Excellent product
Excellent product, good wide steps and easy to move around the home. I can now reach places that were out of reach for me before purchasing these steps

The WORST company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I will NEVER buy anything from these people again. I ordered a pair of folding chairs from these people via B&Q on the 1st October. Two days later I received a message from Evri saying that my package was "on its way", and then the following day the message updated to "out for delivery" I waited in all day, only to find that the message from Evri had updated to "Unable to complete delivery, will redeliver the next working day". So I waited until the 7th October, where the message on the Evri page was still showing the same note "unable to complete delivery, etc etc", so I decided to contact Oypla directly to see what was going on. I spoke to Oypla who insisted that the order had gone out to the courier (Evri) and that they had a tracking number to verify this. Now right off the bat, that is a LIE. A tracking number doesn't prove that the courier has received a package, only that they are expecting to receive said package. About an hour later, I receive an email from Evri via someone who was actually a bot, and that they are trying to locate my package and will deliver it shortly. A quick google search showed me that this is actually a bot and not a real person. I then contacted Oypla and again I spoke to the same person. I told her what I had found out and that I believed that they hadn't even sent my order to the courier in the first place. I was then transferred to her 'manager'. Now, this is where it gets interesting. I noted that I had previously spoken via chatroom to a this manager and so I assumed it must be the same person, which it was.
Now answer me this, have you ever called up a company and then called them back again and manged to get the same person twice to deal with your enquiry? It never happens does it. But here I am, somehow speaking to the manager 2 times, and the other customer service advisor 2 times. What a coincidence. From where I'm standing, it looks like this BIG company is actually just 2 girls running an e-commerce from an office and smallish warehouse somewhere.
Now don't get it twisted, I've got no issue with a company pretending to be bigger than they actually are, my issue is with a company claiming that they had sent out my order, knowing that they hadn't. I was told that I had to wait 48hrs for Oypla to then give Evri a chase to see what had happened with my package. All the while, the message on the Evri page was still showing the same "unable to complete delivery, etc etc".
After 48hrs had passed, I then received an email from Oypla saying that they had been onto Evri and that they were unable to locate my package, oh there's a surprise, and that they will issue me a refund.
Now, this is a message for the girls in question. You tried to be clever and I specifically warned you what I would do (trading standards) if an apology wasn't forth coming. Your standard responses will not suffice.

No, this won't work with me. I told you during our phone call that I was recording you, where you specifically said that my package had gone out. That was a LIE. You also said that I couldn't prove that you hadn't sent my package to Evri. Ok then, lets try this. Can you show me the return to sender slip from Evri to yourselves? I'd like to see that.
Now I'm giving you 48hrs to show me proof of the return to sender slip from Evri.
