Customer Service and Haley were great to deal with. The trucking company was not very good about how they treated the products but Customer Service always made it right

The columns looked amazing! They looked exactly how I was hoping they would look. It’s also amazing how they look like real stone. Very heavy and strong.

They also arrived within approximately one week of ordering, which worked out perfectly.

Very good but I would not have FedEx Freight deliver again they refused to drive up the drive and the first time left with the columns-second time around a different driver did drive up so that was good but a lot of phone calls needed.

Ordering process is very simple but be aware that shipping charges are passed on the customer and it’s better to bundle together the needs so that multiple shipping can be avoided.

Although paid shipping but pellets are not been unloaded properly and it seems there is no warranty in damaged items delivered.
So please insist on having a check on all items by opening them otherwise replacement cost is borne by customer including shipping.

I ordered four architectural columns from Pacific. The process was very easy, the sales person was extremely helpful and they were delivered early. I had a local handyman do the install and they look fantastic. I am extremely satisfied with the entire purchase process.

The online order process is one of the best I've seen and my columns were shipped immediately. They were well packaged and top quality. Next year I'm rebuilding my front porch and Pacific will definitely be supplying the columns. Well done!
