Excellent fridge repair.

The engineer arrived on time to repair my fridge. The engineer's name is Gavin Fairbanks - engineer number 4392. The engineer diagnosed the fault with my fridge within 10-15 minutes- he explained that the compressor need replacing and obtained from his van the necessary spare part and fitted it to my fridge. The fridge motor immediately started working and is now working very well. The engineer was very pleasant and helpful - he showed me the faulty compressor and advised me to to put a cup of water in the fridge and check that it became very cold - which it did. I waited about 24 hours for the fridge to become suitably cold and then put food items into the fridge. The engineer was excellent in every way - he took the time to explain every thing very carefully and my fridge is working very well. Many thanks. Mark Gooding

FOLLOW UP ON FIRST PHONE CALL

Alison the lady I was dealing with was lovely, she didn't rush me to buy your products but advised me slowly and clearly just as I asked as I am deaf and can't take in information quickly. Alison was so kind and helpful throughout the two calls I had with her.
I can't praise her enough for her help and understanding.
