I strongly advise staying away from this company. I chose them only because they promote themselves as a low-income friendly option. I submitted all documents, they charged me for a full year, issued an insurance card, and I even canceled my previous policy — and then the very next day they rejected my insurance.
Their excuse was that my car is “over $25,000,” which is simply false. KBB shows around $20,000. They had this information before approving my policy and taking my money. Rejecting AFTER charging and AFTER issuing a policy is not just careless — it is irresponsible and shows a complete lack of respect for customers.
Because of them I now have to urgently look for a new insurance that is $100 more expensive than the one I had. Their negligence directly caused financial damage and left me uninsured.
This company is not reliable and not safe to deal with. Do not trust them.
