Horrendous EXPERIENCE …
Went in for emergency brake light on 2021 Ford Explorer and guess what that's normal per the Service Foreman.The light wasn't on when I purchased it in 2020.I asked for that to go in writing (death ears) More lies.The owner Maria Pacifico, Manager Tomm Flynn,Service Director T.Morrison, Don't treat customers like me as a valued customer. I can write a novel about my horrendous experience with this company. I guarantee there not driving around with emergency brake light on in vehicles.And there Foreman is allowed to tell me the customer anything. His wife have 2019 Explorer what does that have to do with me.NBC 10 News Investigation need to be contacted. Attorney General Josh Shapiro needs to be contacted for Consumer Protection, Most Definitely Better Business Bureau .Mr.William Clay Ford Share Holder with Ford needs to be contacted about this Dealership Pacifico Ford. Credit score 810-781 lack of concern rental reimbursement for 13 day rental covered under warranty and extended coverage plans!! If I could give -star meaning no star.I will not recommend to friends,family or enemies not even the devil himself needs to be treated how they treated me.I was there so much in the past 3 months could've gave me part time job handing out hot pretzels and cold water. That's the only thing that was not lies and deceptions. I have an idea why they treated me like this.But they need to take it up with Jesus!!
