Second time I’ve used Pack and Send, and second very positive experience. Excellent worry free service from Joaquin and the team. They collected and packed items from the UK for transport to Canada. I wasn't there to see collection but it couldn't be better.
Excellent communication throughout and they tracked the package without me asking. Joaquin then helped with customs in Canada, meaning I didn't have to pay duties.
I've used other packers, Pack & Send are cheaper and give much better service.
Highly recommended.

Pack and Send Bristol West - Superb Service.
Needed to send two delicate and valuable stringed instruments from the UK to Tasmania. Having given the dimensions to P&S they calculated the cheapest way of sending them (two smaller boxes rather than a large single crate), arranged collection of the instruments from my house, packaged and sent them via international carrier, and delivered safe and sound. They were efficient, patient, helpful and a delight to deal with. No question went unanswered, and they dealt with all the formalities and paperwork. They made the whole operation stress free and simple. I would highly recommend Pack and Send Bristol West. Thank you Christina and Ian!
