Don't trust this company

I purchased items on 12/21 and paid extra for expedited shipping to receive by Christmas. I received two emails indicating my order would be received in 2 shipments. The first sent shipment has not yet been received. I received only half the order and no tracking is available to even know what happened to the rest of my order. I also did not receive the 15% discount which were promised with signing up and providing e-mail and cell number. I regret purchasing from Pacsun.

Pacsun.com - Delay and Poor Communication

I placed an order with PacSun on December 2 during their Cyber Monday sale. A shipping label was created shortly afterward, but the package never showed any signs of movement. For weeks, the tracking information remained unchanged.

On December 22, I contacted PacSun Customer Service through their website. I received only an automated email stating that I would receive a response within 36 hours. By December 24, when I attempted to track the package again, the Fedex tracking number no longer worked.

I then attempted to reach customer service through their online chat, which was extremely glitchy and difficult to use. After finally connecting with a representative, I was told that the package was lost. They were able to give me a refund and I requested for a promo code to compensate for the dissatisfaction.

This order was intended as a Christmas gift, and due to PacSun’s delays and lack of communication, I now have to find a replacement at the last minute. The experience has been frustrating, time‑consuming, and disappointing.

Id give these idiots less than 1 star…

Id give these idiots less than 1 star if I could I ordered parts for my wife a week ago for Christmas and they still haven't even been shipped, stood on chat for 30 min until someone got on just to tell they may not be able to cancel my order, any company thats takes a week to ship before Christmas shouldn't be im business, terrie company.

Would give 0 star if I could! They basically make it almost impossible for you to return/cancel your orders (international orders). The quality of the clothes are subpar compared to the price.

Edited: they are trying to correct their mishandling of the account .

Update: edited in appreciation for PacSun customer service because they have made efforts to correct most of the problems. We are still awaiting the last refund that they miscalculated and didn’t send so hopefully this will be n even better review by end of January (they said it would take weeks to send the final $20 refund that they mishandled). IMPORTANT; I didn’t receive assistance until I submitted a BBB complaint requesting the refund. Only then did the escalation dept reach out and begin assisting me.

I paid extra for overnight shipping and it was not honored. We continue to wait for the items that we ordered for our daughter’s birthday and they have not yet arrived despite being well past the “24 business hour” window.

Live chat is a complete joke. They have you provide sensitive information over the chat, and once you provided that they ask for additional private information. “Emil” refuse to help me unless I continued to provide additional private details, which are unsafe to provide via Internet chat. His claim was that he could not help me unless I provided all of these private details to him so that he could “authenticate” the account. Anyone with half a brain cell knows that you can easily authenticate an account by providing a few details, including phone number, and or email address.
I highly recommend steering very clear of this company. They are unwilling to help the customers and they do not deliver in a reasonable or promised timeframe.

Made an order on 23rd of November

Made an order on 23rd of November, since then, not a single sign from my parcel. Reached customer service, they're just sending some senseless responses, saying that my e-mail can't be connected with the tracking number, etc ....so basically, you are wasting your time and money if you order from them. And they've been doing this 'gray' business legally. Where are those consumer protection associations and laws. They should be brought to court for this!!

HORRIBLE customer service

HORRIBLE customer service! Do NOT order from here. You've been warned. Incorrect item sent and correct one was missing from order and they are saying it's now out of stock. They made me mail back the wrong $20 shirt before mailing me the correct item. Then they no longer have in stock to mail. Just horrible.

Followed up on the 10th December and they can’t find my order number. Now slow to respond when I send them the order email.

PACSUN

Please, whatever you do, don’t buy from PacSun! Their customer service is absolutely awful. FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address, and my bank refused to issue a refund. PacSun told me I had to file a police report for a missing package even though it wasn’t actually stolen, just misdelivered. Now I’m stuck waiting for the report to be processed. I’ve called FedEx, but they said only the merchant can file a claim, and I can’t do anything until PacSun does. I’m beyond frustrated and angry $100 gone, and someone else is probably enjoying the clothes I paid for!!!

PACSUN stole my money!!!

I ordered ~$400 USD worth of clothes and they shipped the order in 4 different packages. The biggest package was supposed to have 7 items. I only recevied 5 (so 2 were missing). I tried to call, but they automatically disconnected the call and told me to head to online chat. So I had no options but to chat with the online support. Then they told me that it would take them 1 business day to investigate the WEIGHT of the package to determind if it had all of the items. 2 business days had passed, so I started another chat. This time, they told me that they had all the items in the package. Then, they told me to FILE A POLICE REPORT for the 2 missing items (worth ~$100). What a joke of a company!!!

Bad and getting worse

Buyer beware. Major scam vibes. I made an order on July 6. I paid for expedited shipping. No package arrived. I had to call 4 times before they finally agreed to issue a refund on July 26. I got an email confirmation of the refund - but no refund was ever issued. The package finally arrived on August 6. Side note - the quality was poor and the sizing was enormous. I sent it back. To print the return label, I had to agree to let them deduct $35 US from my refund - but better than losing almost $200 usd. The tracking said the order was received on August 20. I kept following up and finally got a refund on September 30 - but only for $60. I continue to follow up for the other money (more than $100). I was promised the money by three online chat people. It is now October 8 and still no money.

they are terrible with shipping

they are terrible with shipping. i had paid for 3 day shipping and its been 2 weeks. its frustrating because i love their clothes but it is awful when my package is almost 2 weeks late on top of paying for the express shipping.

i even had talked to customer service and they told me they would be on top of it and get it to me, which they did, but my package that came in included 1 of the 4 things i had bought.

after this i reached out again and they did nothing but tell me where my package was and they hadn’t even delivered it to the warehouse yet to be shipped out.

Shipped to wrong address with no accountability

They shipped my package to another person in another city 15 hours away. The person who received my package kindly and resourcefully found me through social media. They ended up shipping it to me. I paid them $47 for shipping costs. PacSun would do nothing about it. They said I had to file a police report. I’m like you guys are the criminals here who won’t do anything not the kind person who tracked me down that lived over 15 hours away to send my package. Lousy customer service. No resolution. No ownership. Will never use again.

Awful! Sent the wrong item but won’t send the…

Sent the wrong item but won’t send the correct one until I pay to return the wrong one! And only if I return at a UPS store (which is 30 miles away from me!) I argued with an online rep for a few weeks before they just stopped responding to me.

Stay away!!…

If a could give Pacsun no stars I would! I am so frustrated with their CS because there is none! I made a purchase around the 5th of August that took 2 weeks to arrive and just to receive a wrong order! Tried to make a return at a local store but was told since it was an online purchase I had to mail the items back! They recieved items Aug 18th and I have yet to recieve a refund to this day! Have tried calling to speak with someone with no success and people on Chat are not helpful! I have emailed them and they respond 3 days later just to say they are investigating the return? I will never purchase at Pac sun again! Get it together people! Give me my refund!
