Customer manipulation
They show prices in GBP, letting you think that all inclusive, you pay shipping and then get a request for almost 50GBP custom and handling by FedEx. This is customer manipulation. I contacted to compensate me at least for handling fees but they rejected. Don’t come near them

We would like to clarify that our logistics base is located in Spain, and because the UK is outside the European Union, customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, and handling fees to parcels entering the country.
Although prices are shown in GBP for convenience, this does not include potential customs charges. Before completing the checkout, our website displays a notice for UK customers explaining that additional customs costs may apply, and this information is also included in the terms and conditions that must be accepted before placing the order.
These fees are determined entirely by UK customs and the courier service, not by our company, which is why we cannot calculate or include them in the shopping cart.
We understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be, but we are always available to provide clarification and support.

Such a sneaky company, don't buy from them
I paid for the padel and then after taking delivery got hit with import duties, VAT and delivery fees from FedEx that added on £58 to the price. I reached out to Padel Nuestro afterwards and they said it was in their terms and conditions somewhere. They didn't make me aware the padel was coming from another country.

We would like to clarify that our company is based in Spain, and because the United Kingdom is now a non‑EU country, orders shipped to the UK may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs handling fees charged by local authorities.
Before completing the purchase, our website always displays a notice informing UK customers that customs charges may apply and that these fees are not included in the product price.
Customers are asked to confirm that they accept the terms and conditions, where this information is also explained.
Unfortunately, as these charges are determined by UK customs and your local carrier, we have no control over the amounts applied and therefore cannot calculate or display them in the shopping cart.
We completely understand that customs fees can be frustrating, and we are always available to provide guidance or assistance regarding the process.

I’ve been playing with the NOX X-ONE Rouge, but I was looking for something more advanced to take my game to the next level. Since NOX rackets are hard to come by in Japan, I'm really excited to get my hands on this one.

Terrible customer service
I've order a padelracket at the end of 2025, after using it once there was already a crack visible in the frame of the racket. I contacted Padelnuestro and after sending around 10 emails, they are not coming with a solution.. they are keep saying the warranty department is looking into this.. Its been 2,5 months now since i've contacted them.. terrible customer service.. not recommending Padelnuestro at all.

We assumed that customers have read all the information regarding their shipment, since it is accepted.
In addition, customs and fees cannot be shown during the process since they cannot be known beforehand. They depend on governments and internal policies. There are even sometimes that orders are not under customs.
In case you proceed with a return, we can do that, but once it comes back, we deduct the costs of shipment and derivatives of it (customs, fees...)

Wide choice but VAT not satisfactory
Wide choice of articles and specially during sales at very good prices. Disappointing is that when shipping to non EU- countries you pay the same price as with Spanish VAT plus your non-EU VAT plus customs. I could live with customs + VAT but do not see why the spanisch VAT (around 20%) does not get deducted.

Worst Online Shopping Experience
Extremely bad experience with Padel Nuestro – by far the worst online purchase I’ve had.
After placing my order, I was informed that the racket was actually out of stock and that they were waiting for delivery from their supplier, with a promised delivery time of 7–10 working days. However, only on the 8th working day did they notify me that the racket was not available at all and that they could not fulfill the delivery. After more than a week of waiting, I was basically told that my order could not be completed.
Following this, I requested an alternative racket and a refund of the shipping costs due to the wasted time and inconvenience. Despite telling me the day before that the racket was unavailable, they contacted me again the next day and shipped the original racket anyway. At that point, they offered a €10 refund once the product arrived, as a form of compensation.
Unfortunately, when the racket arrived, it was visibly damaged and looked as if it had already been used. I clearly showed them the damage in photos attached to my email, but this is completely unacceptable for a product that is sold as new. I am now returning the racket and requesting a full refund. At this point, I can only wait and see whether they will handle the refund properly.
Overall, the entire purchasing process was unnecessarily stressful, confusing, and disappointing. What should have been a simple online order turned into days of waiting, contradictory information, and receiving a damaged product.
Save your time, money, and nerves and avoid ordering from this website. I placed the order on January 21st, and I only received the racket this morning, February 9th, 2026.

Padelracket broken after used once
I've ordered a padelracket 1,5 months ago, unfortunately after 1 day of use it was already broken. I contacted PadelNuestro and they keep saying for more than 3 weeks now that the warranty department is looking into this, but I am not hearing anything from the warranty department... Don't buy anything from this store.. they are not helping you when there is a problem with an item you are buying.
I will now look into which follow-up steps I can take to still obtain a solution.

Good prices, but very slow site and app
Prices are good, the padel nuestro store has great potential because of prices but.... the site is super slow, the iOS web app is a mess, today i spent 1 hour preparing my cart and while moving to the checkout , the 132,50 EUR credit account I had on my account has been reset to 0 EUR with no sense.
I'm waiting for their answer, even i don't think i'll buy anymore on this store, super sad because i like it but it is what it is..

I got an answer and they’ve been able to charge again my account credit, then I completed the order.
Anyway, I don’t like at all the fact that the credit I’ve on my account disappeared for no reasons and then reappeared again.
One more thing id like to add related to that credit account is the way on how they manage refunds on a that payment method 😅
They charged back my account with 195€ (02/02/2026 15:31) and then placed an order with that credit + updated again my credit account to 132,50€ (02/02/2026 16:55) , if I was faster then them in that range I can make a new order with those money but ok….
What I don’t like most is how they’re playing with people money (even they’re exchanged gift cards, but are always money)..

Avoid this company if buying from the UK - hit with import duties making the price more expensive than buying from UK store. It is in the fine print that may be charge import duty and VAT but not obvious if use one click checkout. Disappointing as service other than that was very good.
