Booked a court for a Friday evening and got the cancellation email while we were already there warming up — they had an event on and the slot shouldn't have been bookable. Annoying, obviously.

The slot was part of our membership, so there was nothing to refund as such. They gave us drinks on the way out, and after one of the guys reached out to the manager, we were credited points to make up for it. Sorted quickly and without any back and forth.

Mistakes happen. What matters is what follows, and PadelPadel got that part right.

very bad experience with this shop. I the shipping from Italy to Denmark takes app 3 weeks ( I haven't been informed about that). I have paid 18 eur for shipping (for 1 item - padel bat) and the padelpadel has ship it with the cheapest and very very slow service!
I haven't got the item yet, so have no idea how it look like efter so long shipment

I received the package 2 days after ordering, they where in touch and responsive the whole time, and the price was the lowest I could find.

Ordered a racket, and they even sent me a shirt, grips, and balls.

The shop provided the material in less than 2 days.
Not only perfect as expected but added some overgrips and a pair of socks.
For the pair of socks, they contacted me to ask my feet size.
