They were very quick to respond to enquiries and go out of their way to provide what you need, even if it isn't listed as a product on their website. I have bought from them via eBay and also from their site. Owen was extremely helpful and went out of the way to address an issue, even though it was my fault.
There was a slight mistake made on an order, but when contacted the response was quick, polite, and the resolution was rapid. They even threw in a couple of extra items as an apology. I feel that the true measure of a business is how they respond to problems, and in this case I think that they handled it in excellent fashion. I would recommend this store to others.
