Ashley is an outstanding customer service rep. I was confused about how to claim the mystery gift with my first order and she patiently walked me through the process which ended up in a couple of additional sales for your company. I was very frustrated at the beginning but she has converted me to a long time customer with her patience, great attitude and positivity.

Paint Gem has been one of my absolute favorite hobbies of mine. I started with your butterfly collection and have now finished at least 7 different collections since. I cannot thank you enough for what you have done and I make sure to recommend your company to almost everyone I know. Especially since your sizes make things so much easier where other companies it's an entire poster. That is something I could never finish. I absolutely can not praise your company enough. Also as someone with ADHD I have found that doing the different collections not only calms me but gives me a huge sense of accomplishment when I finish. They are the perfect size for someone like me who would find a full sized poster way to daunting, as well as too difficult to complete. I absolutely adore your company and you have much love from this Canadian. I am a huge fan and plan on making more purchases in the future once I get through the ones I have currently.

Absolutely in love with this company’s products and after having a small issue with a missing gem bag, the customer service was phenomenal! I was offered a promo to get another set and was told they’ll ship the missing gems - not to mention email responses were super fast and Ashley, the customer service member that helped me was very sweet! All in all 10/10!!

The customer service team immediately got back to me about my lost package. The issue was resolved!

My fiancee bought me 5 new kits for Christmas and three were duplicates. I contacted the customer service department and asked about the options to ship back the duplicate kits and exchange for new kits for my collection. I am an avid Paint Gem customer and have many kits! They answered my late at night to my shock and immediately offered two different options of a credit voucher or a reduced refund to my fiance's purchase card, and to keep the kits. I asked about if I still wanted to return them because I didn't see doing the same kit twice. The provided me with the information on doing that as well.

Well, the more I thought about it and did the math, the original offers were better, so I emailed back the next day and asked if I could change my mind and go with one of the original offers and then keep the duplicate kits and give them for gifts and share my love for Paint Gem kits. In no time at all, the change had been processed and a unique code had been sent to me according to the original offer. I placed my order today using the discount code for kits I didn't have. All in all I am super impress with this customer service interaction! I was already impressed with Paint Gem kits. This experience makes this company tops in my book. I will continue to order from them as they release new kits!! Great job Paint Gem!!

Paintgem fully replaced an item I purchased that never ended getting delivered to me, at no fault of them. Really appreciate it!!

I've been gemming for years and this is the worst kit I've done in terms of quality. The tools given are wonky: the applicator is poorly made, the tweezers don't work and are easily bent, the wax is dry and they give so little - definitely not enough for the entire set of 16 I bought. The gems themselves have many that are deformed, stuck together, have excess plastic on the sides, or are concave on the back so they have a hard time sticking to the canvas. The only good thing about these is the fun designs and finished product looks nice, but I had to purchase more wax and gem sealant because of the abismal quality of this kit and the frustration of completing each canvas was not worth it. Won't be purchasing again!

Ignoring me since I required information about my very well paid purchase. No one is responding. The package is marked as received in the website but in the UPS tracking number they say that don’t hold it still. So where is my refund???

Excellent mini diamond art kits. A wide variety of subject matter so there's plenty to chose from. Speedy delivery. Quality kits with premium drills and good basic tool kit. Mini canvases that are easy to frame with good images.

While the kits are beautiful the customer service is appalling.
There were some Gems missing from my original order, popped on the website and emailed as it suggests to get these shipped out, they agreed and said it was shipped on 2nd June. They have never arrived, the Link provided is very clear that the items haven't moved in Transit since 14th June.
All subsequent contact to ask for a reshipment of the missing item or an partial refund have been completely ignored. I can't complete the kit and have not received what I paid for.

These kits are beautifully put together but beware… they’re highly addictive! A lovely mindful activity. They arrived very swiftly from the US to the UK, well packaged, with good communication along the way via shipping updates. Perfect! Thank you x

I have been wanting to order a few sets for a while. I had a small issue with my order. I emailed customer service. Ashley was very quick in responding back and fixing my issue within 24 hours!! Looking forward to ordering more of these paint gem sets!

Unfortunately as lovely as the kits look I never got to see as it never arrived looking at other reviews seem to have the same issue with their products not arriving and then getting the run around the order was placed a month ago and I’ve requested a refund twice as soon as I mentioned a refund I stopped getting replies I’ve tried to contact both email and messenger and I’m being ignored now so I will definitely not be buying again as I’ve just been robbed the money and not even got the kit I wanted really is a shame as I loved the way the kits looked I’m very disappointed and frustrated with the communication

I don’t normally write reviews but I just received two kits from paintgem and love them, they also came fairly quickly considering I live in the UK. The quality is better than any I’ve tried before, well worth the money!

Considering we live in the UK, it arrived really quick and the kit is absolutely brilliant, can’t wait to order more!

Great service and the product is lots of fun! I've really been enjoying my paint gem sets! When I ordered somehow my address autofilled incorrectly. My package was sent to a neighbors house who is currently not living in their home. I tried to locate it but could not. Paint Gem tried to help me but the postal service was not helpful. I really wanted to try these so I placed a second order and they added the lost products at no cost. Definitely above and beyond!
