So far the paint has been good, drying very well eith me observing the xrying periods. I still have to add the top coat but i anticipate it will be fine...i am a DIYer so I am doing in bits

Had some issues with the colours that were sent out, as two of the same tins had very different colours - turns out they were different batches. My partner left a bad review, but I have to say that John from Paintmaster has dealt with the issues really well and sent out another 8L of paint free of charge to rectify the problem. I would say that Paintmaster is a great company (always good to support UK companies) with high quality paint and fast delivery times, but if you're ordering extra paint, just make sure you send in a tester to ensure the exact same batch or colour is matched the second time. They are very willing to help with great customer service.

Same paint different colours
I oredered1L of the light grey oil based satinwood paint to see what it’s like (it did turn up slightly burst and leaking into the bag, but it was only a bit and the rest of the paint was fine and I'm on a tight time scale so just used it and loved the colour. We then ordered another 5L to paint the rest of the wood throughout the house with to match…. Painted it on and let it dry to find that it’s a much lighter grey. A very very different grey. I prefer the grey in the 1L but we now have 5L of the lighter grey that I dont have time to change now as we need to get it painted on before carpets being fitted next week. It has also added at least another 8 hours of work, for us to paint over the darker grey with the light for it to match, and spend time cutting in properly. I am probably going to also need to order more paint, but who knows which colour it will match.
I emailed to complain and have received no response.
The only good thing about this company is that the products do come quickly, but its a shame they cant get the products right.

Great product!
Fast delivery, brilliant packaging and a great product (oil based block sealer). Only criticism, the can was incredibly difficult to open. Almost destroyed it in the process. I've opened hundreds of cans over the years and for some unknown reason this was the worst.

Excellent Company to deal with and quality products. John and team are very helpful and shipping is toot sweet. I ordered a bunch of clear wood preserve and shed paint. Both have great coverage and good consistency. Items arrive well packaged and when expected. They have a loyalty programme in place too which is awesome. Highly recommend.
