When you require Legal Services for employment related issues, emotions tend to be running high and your actions and thoughts are not always the most constructive to get yourself the best result, often due to the complexity of the situation. Outstanding mediation services

We recently used Paladin to provide workplace mediation services. Their work was outstanding. We had an extremely complex situation involving five different parties, two of whom were very reluctant to engage in mediation at all. Paladin conducted pre-mediation meetings with each of them which enabled them to have sufficient faith in the process to go forward to the main mediation day. That day was then a resounding success with all five parties emerging pleased with the outcome, and with renewed confidence in their respective relationships going forward.
Marsha Robinson from Paladin is warm, engaging and empathetic whilst also straightforward and pragmatic. It is easy to see how she was able to win the trust and confidence of the parties and to make a success of a very difficult situation. It is early days, but the indications are that Paladin have given us a very significant return on our investment, with all five employees seemingly reengaged in their roles and in the business generally. Paladin will be our first port of call for any mediation needs in the future. We feel that we have a new and powerful device at our disposal when tackling complex relationship issues.
