Hello i am a customer from Canada and I ordered a beautiful baby bib featuring Chip and Dale from Disneyland Paris through this site. my husband and I went to Disneyland Paris and saw a onesie with the same design but we weren't pregnant yet and decided not to get it but I was so regretful later I just had to find it online. that's when I found the beautiful bib on Le Palais des Goodies and I was SO HAPPY! the price was reasonable and the shipping was very fast! French isn't my 1st language but I was still able to navigate the site. thank you very much for the beautiful products you sell! I literally couldn't find it anywhere else! now im pregnant and I can't wait to use the beautiful Chip and Dale bib on my baby 😍

On November 3rd, I ordered a jar of jam for a few euros. The shipping costs were expensive, but I accepted them anyway, especially since the jam I had bought at Disney was confiscated by the overzealous French customs officers, who didn’t even allow me to send it by putting it in my trolley.
After weeks of waiting and multiple follow-ups, they sent me a tracking number that was most likely fake because it doesn’t match any system for tracking shipments with Italian postal services. When I asked for a refund or a new shipment, they blatantly told me they would never do either.
Adding insult to injury, they even had the nerve to blame the Italians for the issue.
This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and shows zero respect for its customers. Avoid them at all costs unless you enjoy losing your money for nothing.

Evitateli a Tutti i Costi!

Il 3 novembre ho ordinato un vasetto di marmellata che costava pochi euro. Le spese di spedizione erano care, ma le ho accettate lo stesso, considerando che la marmellata comprata alla Disney era stata sequestrata dai solerti gendarmi francesi, che non mi hanno nemmeno permesso di spedirla mettendola nel trolley.
Dopo settimane di attesa e ripetuti solleciti, mi hanno inviato un numero di tracciamento probabilmente inventato, perché non ha alcuna corrispondenza con i sistemi di tracciamento delle poste italiane. Quando ho chiesto un rimborso o l’invio di una nuova marmellata, mi hanno risposto che non lo avrebbero mai fatto.
Come se non bastasse, hanno anche avuto il coraggio di incolpare gli Italiani per il problema.
Questa azienda è inaffidabile, poco professionale e assolutamente irrispettosa verso i clienti. Evitateli a tutti i costi, a meno che non vogliate perdere i vostri soldi per niente.

À Éviter Absolument !

Le 3 novembre, j’ai commandé un pot de confiture pour quelques euros. Les frais de livraison étaient élevés, mais je les ai acceptés, surtout que la confiture que j’avais achetée chez Disney avait été confisquée par les zélés gendarmes français, qui ne m’ont même pas permis de l’expédier en la mettant dans mon bagage à main.

Après des semaines d’attente et plusieurs relances, ils m’ont envoyé un numéro de suivi probablement inventé, car il ne correspond à aucun système de suivi des services postaux italiens. Lorsque j’ai demandé un remboursement ou un nouvel envoi, ils m’ont clairement répondu qu’ils ne le feraient jamais.

Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, ils ont osé blâmer les Italiens pour le problème.

Cette entreprise est totalement peu fiable, non professionnelle et irrespectueuse envers ses clients. À éviter absolument, sauf si vous aimez perdre votre argent pour rien.

Everything was super. I’ve ordere 6 Plates from Disney ratatouille and got exactly what I ordered within 9 days. The quality is great and I was informed about every step of my order via email.

Orders supposed to be dispatched within 72 hours according to their site, but they aren’t.

Try emailing and it bounces back saying their inbox is full. Messaged on WhatsApp and Facebook messenger and they haven't replied there yet either.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering as definitely seems like a dodgy site. Will have to speak to my bank to try and get a refund.
