Great experience. Order promptly confirmed with an email the next day with further offers which I was able to customize and add on. PC arrived next day (as paid for). Small hiccup with the power when I went to turn it on but I got support from their staff within 5 minutes of my first email and was walked through to the solution (including a phone call). Turned out to just be a loose connection on the motherboard which was easily remedied. Happy customer and will return in the future.

My Cobra desk top was delivered on time well built and included all my configuration changes.
All my Apps and Data have been transferred from a Windows 10 PC.
Having got to grips with Windows 11 and used for a few days it performs excellently with loads of fast memory and storage, highly recommended at a very competitive price.

Hope this may help, after setting up Win 11 OK I needed to have the inboard WiFi and Bluetooth working. The device manager showed incompatible drivers, using the drivers supplied on the motherboard CD, they installed correctly but did not work crashing to Blue Screen and being unable to reboot. Had to restore Win 11.
Asked support for help and they quickly sent a link to drivers for WiFi and BT now OK. I have since downloaded Acer support latest drivers.
I have now added a DVD and HDD to complete my system, a little more information on the Fractal Design Core 1100 case would have helped to install a 3.5 HDD, although easy when you know how!

Overall an Excellent Desktop and very good customer service highly recommended.

Bought a gaming PC 18 months ago. Contacted after sales support yesterday following an issue that I feared was going to cost me. Support dept were in touch within hours and were happy to honour the warranty but first offered advice for quick fixes I could try before returning it. These fixed it so I’m a very happy man and have full faith in palicomp if I have future issues or ever want to upgrade.

Palicomp technical support were quick to respond when I contacted them. They were very supportive and able to advise me how to resolve a problem I had with a new PC build.

Had a major problem with one of my 3x computers purchased from Palicomp. But problem fixed quickly so I would definitely use again.

Prompt response and quick despatch of replacement part, although Royal Mail took longer than expected to make delivery.

I bought a Palicomp PC and it came with a few problem like the the wires had moved in transit causing a rapid knocking sound, which was quite annoying and as instructed had to reseat the ram and then it worked fine. its a great PC and the support team are excellent sometimes emailing me back the same day

From my initial contact with the company they replied quickly and efficiently answering all my questions. I ordered a machine and it was delivered within 2 days. Packaging was good and no problems setting up the AMD Cobra. Price superb. I had a query regarding altering the Power Scheme in Windows 11 but a quick email to their support dept and a reply within an hour sorted it out. I would heartily recommend this company.

Very satisfied, had some confusion about an upgrade I had ordered and didn't think it had been fitted. Sent them an email, very quickly resolved. It had been fitted but the sound card looked completely different to the one I wanted...turns out they had upgraded the upgrade to a better card! No issues at all. Would have been better I suppose if they had told me in the first place.

Was looking for a deal on hotukdeals.com for a mid-top end spec desktop and this caught my eye.

They were a very helpful team when purchasing my new desktop. Emailed me back very quickly and arrived the next day.

Purchased a pre built PC and this worked fine for a year+ however it started to have an intermittent fault and kept crashing. Palicom had this back several times and eventually resolved the issue by virtually replacing everything to resolve the issue. So glad that I extended the warranty period and that I purchased from Palicom as they promised to resolve the issue irrespective of what fault was. Thank You Palicom

Had an issue with an intermittent faulty CPU fan. Support responded quickly and sent a replacement in the post. Fitted OK and now all good. Thanks

Like Steven below, I saw this model in a computer magazine and opted to buy it. Customer care were very good while specifying the exact configuration, with several emails exchanged to get things just right.
As it turned out I got a couple of upgrades due to what they had in stock, which was OK.
The computer was delivered in about a week, they specify 5 to 10 days, so that was good.
It runs really well and I am pleased with my purchase.

I purchased Desktop PC from Palicomp 2 months ago, PC keeps rebooting when memory is set to its advertised frequency. Was trying to contact Palicomp over the email but not much luck there. When calling their helpline after selecting "After sales - Option 1" call is getting rejected. Waste of time - I have purchased additional warranty but it looks like even basic one is no honoured.
