Great at purchasing PC
Kind staff and hihgly professional services. PC I got from them is doing great and I think it good value for money.
Excellent!!
Excellent!!! I bought a PC from here in 2023, and it developed a fault in 2025. They fixed it right away. I couldn't be happier excellent communication and service. 100 percent would recommend.
Just purchased one of their Value Ryzen…
Just purchased one of their Value Ryzen pre-builds via Ebay : Ryzen 5 5600g 16GB, 500GB M.2, Asus A520M TUF Gaming Plus motherboard, 1stPlayer T3 MATX case. Upgraded the RAM to 32GB and PSU (see below).
Out of the box experience:
The first thing you can't fail to notice are the included 3x 120mm RGB fans: full on non-stop with no way to throttle their speed when the CPU is idle. It sounds like an air-conditioning unit in a quiet room even during the day. No where in the product description or on the 1stPlayer website does it state they are fixed speed ARGB fans only (just a vague 'fans vary by country/region' in the specs). I naively assumed all fans were vari-speed, RGB or no in 2025 but apparently not!
Unlike Windows 10, ver 11 expects an internet connection to complete final setup. The reception with the included nano WiFi USB dongle is utterly useless if your PC is not in the same room as the router. Had to plonk it downstairs and connect with an ethernet cable to finish.
tip: googling explains how to create a local account and bypass internet until later using the command line.
Found an unused dongle with an aerial, in the back of a draw and now get solid 100% signal - they cost peanuts from ebay and Palicomp should have included one of these to save customer frustration.
The only other gotcha with these entry point budget pre-builds is the default bottom of the barrel, no-name grey, non 80+ bronze PSU. I had the foresight to request an upgrade to a CiT FX Pro 80+ Bronze unit with decent, flat black cables that match the rest of the system. There is cost cutting and there is cost cutting for little benefit - a decent PSU is arguably the most important part of the system.
Palicomp on their Value Ryzen parts picker webpage have a wide selection of cases to choose from. For some unknown reason their default goto MATX case is the awful 1stPlayer T3 with its non PWM fans. In retrospect for just an extra £15 I could of chosen the CiT Range MATX case which comes with one less fan but they are all PWM ARGB with an included PWM hub to power them with a SATA cable and control speed and colour via the ASUS motherboard headers.
My complaint about the noise was met with a collective shrug by sales+support: either switch them off or physically drop it off for an a non-rgb downgrade which was impractical! Don't expect any gesture of goodwill such as shipping it back to base for a different case (like one of the CiT models) from this company. Guess they don't care about customer satisfaction and word of mouth recommendations.
In summary if they really want to stand out from the crowd on Ebay or Amazon:
- use 500 or 550W 80+ Bronze branded PSU as a minimum like most every other reputable builder online
- drop any case with fixed speed, non PWM, addressable RGB fans from the lineup for literal peace and quiet (of mind). Its 2025!
- if you are going to include a WiFi dongle as a freebie make sure it comes with an aerial.
Listen to your customers - they are trying to help you improve your budget offerings! Never mind returning for future purchases.

Excellent Company to deal with
Excellent Company to deal with. They custom made my desktop over 5 years ago, and they were so helpful then. It had been working perfectly all that time but I did something that reset the BIOS. I emailed in the hope they could help, and by return I did as suggested and the problem was solved.
Would not hesitate to use them again.
Palicomp Desktop PC.
Just taken delivery of a Palicomp Desktop PC.Very good specification. And the price was really good. Had a small problem on delivery as the DVD - RW drive was not working. I am good with computers and soon traced the fault to a disconnected SATA CABLE. Reattached this and all was well. PC was very well packed and very quick delivery. Really pleased with it.

I bought a PC from Palicomp in 2019 and have been very pleased with it. However, when Windows 10 started bombarding me with information about Windows 11 requirements I found Palicomp Support were very helpful and quickly assisted me to ensure my PC would be ready for Windows 11. When my PC was upgraded to Windows 11 I had a problem with the audio output disappearing. Palicomp Support very quickly pointed me in the right direction to resolve this issue. That is excellent customer care after all this time!
Fast and helpful
I had a problem and they quickly responded and the issue was resolved.
Great pre sales service
Great pre sales service , after care And overall competence/ thankyou Palicomp
Excellent range, price and service
The range of pre-configured PC specs is excellent, and each can be fully customized. The price of my final spec was very competitive. I had a bit of contact with customer services to finalise spec and delivery instructions and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. PC arrived on time, very well packed and worked flawlessly from the start. 6 months in and no problems at all, I am delighted with my purchase!

I had an issue technical issue with installing Windows 11 on my Palicomp built computer and their support helped me sort the problem speedily. They replied quickly with straightforward instructions and were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them
Excellent company, products and outstanding support
I purchased a gaming computer from Palicomp 2 years ago for an amazing price and it’s been fantastic, it’s been used heavily practically every day without any issue. I had added on the 3 year warranty when I purchased, and recently the power supply went, so I contacted Palicomp Support who were so quick to respond and send out a new one. I was only without my pc for a day!
I also recommended Palicomp for my friends sons gaming machine which he got at Christmas and has had nothing but a positive experience, he absolutely loves it.
Excellent company, products and support. Highly recommend!

I can thoroughly recommend this company for value and service.
Amazing value and build quality for the…
Amazing value and build quality for the price point.
I finally decided after about 10 years of tinkering with my current build that it was time for an upgrade. I'm a keen gamer and I've been building PCs since the days of MS DOS.
Originally I'd planned to build a new PC from scratch. I'd costed out the parts which had come to around £800. I then did a quick search for a prebuilt system and came across Palicomp. Never heard of them before but they had a very nice looking system which was close to the spec of the one I'd costed for just under £600.
I purchased it, but did wonder if it was a decision I'd end up regretting. I checked the Trustpilot reviews and was somewhat reassured so I waited a couple of days for delivery and was very pleased with the system that arrived.
At this price point I can see where the compromises have been made, but in my view they have been made in all the right places. Good motherboard, processor, graphics card but the 'bells and whistles' like the RGB for the case are just standard RGB (not configurable from Windows or via the ASUS armoury crate app). The fans are also the type that plug directly into the power supply rather than the headers on the motherboard.
This was a good call to keep the overall cost of the system down, it wont hurt gaming performance, the fans are almost silent and will always spin at full speed which means I'm not concerned about overheating.
The tower I purchased came with no OS and came with 8GB of RAM. This (the memory) is probably the only part of the build I'd question, although had I gone with Linux or decided to tinker with the latest SteamOS build this might have been fine it seems very light for a system build in 2025.
Even with that said though adding 32 GB branded RAM and an OEM Win 11 pro key from an MS certified reseller this still came in at better value than my original self build plan.
Really pleased and would be happy to buy from Palicomp again, perhaps directly from their website next time which I only found after I'd ordered the pre-built system.
Buy from this Company, you will never regret it.
My experience was great for two reasons, firstly, the computer I bought was excellent, incredible value for money and suburbly built with high quality components. This latter is essential for a computer, they are complex machines and a poor part can sabotage the whole thing. Not for Palicomp, every item was perfect and were designed and executed to give a top quality whole.
Secondly, I'm an elderly man and setting up a new computer was quite challenging. Any and all queries were answered by return and in an incredibly friendly and simply understandable way.
I can't recommend this company enough. Ron Bennett.
Excellent customer service and superb machines
I bought a PC from these guys way back in Covid, pretty high spec as I wanted it for music and video production. The machine is top notch and very reliable. Recently I made a few changed and installed an NVMe SSD and had a few problems getting it running and needed info on the motherboard, they not only gave me the info I needed but proceeded to guide me through the process of getting the machine up and running, bearing in mind that this is 2 years out of warranty. Excellent customer service, they went above and beyond when they didn’t need to. The PC that I bought from them 5 years ago is still going strong and has never let me down.
These guys are superb
Bought a custom desktop PC set up from these guys a few years back and it still works as well as the day it came out of the box. However for the first time I had an issue recently in trying to upgrade to Windows 11.
I reached out to their support and despite the fact this machine was as old as it is they responded within a couple of hours and then stayed with me patiently to guide me through a solution. It needed changes at the BIOS level and they sorted it for me with no fuss.
Cannot praise this company enough

had some issues due to my lack of pc knowledge, asked their support some questions and all was sorted, great company, reliable and helpful.
Really good value for money
Really good value for money. For years people have told me building is better, however when you compare the parts to palicomps price, you get way more value for money and on top of that it comes with it being built for you and a 3 year warranty.
They were so helpful in emails and game me information comparing benchmarks. Highley recommend them
There was an issue with the PC…
There was an issue with the PC regarding Microsoft Updates which had produced an error message which blocked other updates. Contacted Palicom for technical support which was brilliant. It did take a few emails but each time they replied extremely promptly, made recommendations and suggestions and provided links for support. All in all, problem solved and extremely pleased with all the support provided by the Palicom team. Thankyou.
