I attended a sales presentation where I…

I attended a sales presentation where I was promised that I could stay at Palladium all-inclusive resorts for US$599 and at hotels around the world for US$599, including breakfast. These promises were a major reason why I decided to purchase the membership.

I also spent around six hours of my holiday attending the presentation, only to discover afterwards that the benefits did not match what had been promised during the sales process.

In addition, I did not receive the welcome gifts that were promised, and I did not receive the complimentary airport transfer that I had been told would be included.

For these reasons, I requested to cancel my contract and receive a full refund. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this membership gets every promise in writing and carefully verifies all the claimed benefits before signing anything. My experience was extremely disappointing.
