Great Coffee, Brand and CS Team, Awful Delivery Experience with UPS
Website experience is great, amazing coffee but lack lustre order fulfillment using UPS. Had a driver sticker and dash without any remorse to try and buzz my intercom. It’s unfortunate as it wasn’t an issue before when Pallet used Canada Post. If you live in a house, you might not be impacted, however if it’s a multi dwelling unit without concierge such as Apartment, condo, etc, I’d recommend ordering online else where or going into a cafe.
They have a rock solid customer service team, product and brand, but their choice in delivery service makes ordering online unappealing depending on the type of building you live in.
I hope this changes in the future.
