I ordered plants to the Czech republic. Everything was smooth.

They barely speak english, messed up my address now acting like it's my fault
I've lost €100 because of these imbeciles, that woman that answers emails barely speaks English, and lies.
She is saying I requested changes to my address after delivery even though no such thing happened (I have all the emails).
I gave the correct address on their website, she failed at copying and pasting it from there and because of her it has not been delivered in over 15 days!!!
Not ot mention, it took them 2 WEEKS!!! to send the package.
WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AN ONLINE STORE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!
AVOID THIS Vivianne specifically!
Don1t have an English website if you don't speak English.

Terrible post-sale customer service
I ordered a Cycas Revoluta from this company. Everything seemed fine, the plant arrived and I was happy. Then I noticed the plant was infested with scale insect. When I emailed the company about it they fobbed me off. Utterly terrible experience. I had to destroy the plant despite spending time and money to try to save it, and the problem also spread to some of my other plants. They even lied about the situation. Avoid this company.
